Palin talks presidential announcement

(CNN) – When Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck teamed up for a September 11 commemoration in Alaska over the weekend, the talk-radio host couldn't help but ask the former vice presidential nominee if she was going to run for president.
Palin deflected the question, according to the Anchorage Daily News, but did say where she would make her big announcement, that is, if there is a big announcement to make.
"If there is going to be some big national announcement I'm going to do it where it's most worthy. I'm going to do something big, even bigger than Glenn Beck. It's going to happen on the Bob and Mark show," she said, referencing Alaska's KWHL's talk radio show.
After the wildly successful rally on the National Mall, Palin and Beck teamed up again for the event in Alaska over the weekend – but this time for a cost.
In sharp contrast to the free event in Washington last month, tickets to this latest Palin-Beck affair ran as high as $225 – a price tag that some Democrats are making hay about given the somber timing of the event.
But a Beck spokesperson told CNN Palin did not receive an appearance fee, and Beck plans to donate his to charity.
"Glenn had always intended to donate the speaking fee from the event on Saturday, September 11th in Alaska to Special Operations Warrior Foundation. Governor Palin is not and was never going to receive a fee for introducing Glenn at this event," a spokesperson for Glenn Beck told CNN.

Let us all cross our fingers and hope that Ms. Palin announces that she will run for president. Then we can all sit back and watch the Republican Party destroy itself over the next 2 years.
It is a scary idea to have somebody this dumb, greedy, prejudice, and uneducated even consider a presidential run. How can such quitter, who barely has a four-year degree, represent anybody with a graduate degree who is multilingual, such as myself and others?
I hope America does not snooze past this one. Russia and the world will certainly shake their heads at us.

I recommend that Sarah Palin sit on a phone book then claim that she is President of the phone book. Really that would be an achievement for her. She isn't capable of doing anything else.

I soooooo hope she runs for the GOP nomination. It will be so much fun watching her opponents rip their little darling apart in their ads and debates. She is so wonderful now, but if she runs they have no choice but to voice their real oppinions of her. I can't freaking wait!!!!!
This is hilarious. Such an announcement, should it come, ought to be made by Tina Fey on SNL. I hope she (The Wicked Witch of the NW) makes that announcement before the upcoming election: it should galvanize independent voters into the Democrat camp. The woman is totally lacking in insight, or perhaps just a proficient con-woman.
