Tea Party Express statement on O'Donnell victory

(CNN) - The Tea Party Express issued a statement Tuesday night in reaction to Christine O'Donnell's victory in Delaware's GOP Senate primary.

Read the statement, after the jump:

"Yes! Congratulations, Christine O'Donnell, you did it, and all of us in the tea party movement are so proud of you!" said Amy Kremer, Chairman of the Tea Party Express.

"Christine O'Donnell overcame the entire political establishment to achieve victory tonight because she stood for the constitutional conservative principles that voters are craving during this election cycle.

"As recently as one-month ago everyone wrote off Christine O'Donnell, but she defied the pundits and the political establishment. Now she is positioned to shock the so-called political experts in November once again.

"Christine kept her focus on the message of a return to a constitutionally limited government. That message will resonate with voters in November, just as strongly as it has today. If all the kings horses and all the kings men of the political establishment couldn't defeat Christine O'Donnell today, what makes anyone think they will beat her in November as the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate?

"Wake up corrupt politicians in Washington, D.C. Change is coming like a tidal wave, sweeping across this country. It's time to call the moving company, start packing up boxes, and look for new career opportunities. We The People have had enough, and we've got a message for you: You're Fired!" Kremer concluded.

How stupid the Delaware GOP voters can be to vote for a Tea Party candidate. Good luck to them.

The GOP must realize the impact of the anti-incumbant attitude of American voters by embracing the Tea Party phenomena. Democrats need to update their resumes!

OMG – the Tea Party is praising a WIN from a battle of their OWN people – the RepubliCAN'TS!! They just elected a Republican that is MORE far right than the OTHER!!

There is no battle there and there is NO WIN!! ODonnell will remain far-right with half of the votes of the Republicans who put her there!! NOW, she has to go up against a DEMOCRAT in a BLUE STATE!!

COME ON DELAWARE – STATE the CASE – UNITE the BASE and WIN the RACE in November!!

Like them or not the Tea Party is having success. They make the Republicans look moderate. The Republicans and Independents will have a heavy turnout this year. I don't know about the hope part but it looks like change is coming in November.

I love how the Tea Party has hijacked the Change message of the Obama campaign that was fought so hard against just 2 years ago. Hypocrisy thy name is The Tea Party.

Pink Slip Notice to all Incumbants: Republicans and Democrats
On behalf of the management ( US Voters), may we strongly advise you to pack your bags and leave, quietly, while your dignity and your bank accounts are still intact?
Your childish bickering and overspending has endangered the wellbeing of future employees ( US Children) and has bankrupt the US Nation.
    So GET OUT.

Every plague, no matter how virulent – every wildfire, no matter how destructive – burns itself out in the end.
The Tea Party is no exception. For all the spare-no-expenses efforts by Big Money to keep Americans complacent, ignorant knee-jerk voter couch potatoes, the world cannot pass us by forever. The communication revolution is already letting the light in faster than the feudal masters can plug the holes. When the Limbaughs and Gingriches are finally dead, their overlords' establishment will die with them.
    Good riddance.

Good! It will make it easier for the Dems. I just love it when republicans eat each other, let them split their worthless party I two by reeling in these worthless lightweights.

Republicans are corrupt politicians? Constitutional principles? What does she propose to do about unemployment? What does she propose to do about the deficit? What does she propose to do about the Korean pennisula situation? China? Pakistan and India? And what does she propose to do as a junior senator who feels the other republican senators are corrupt and not interested in following "constitutional principles?"?

That's the way I see it too. We, the people, will take back our Country from the liberal socialist Democrats this November. This is proof that we the people dont need the GOP establishment. If anything, they need us. If this girl can generate this kind of attraction from the people in Deleware? Look out in November.

After the election when we take back the House and the Senate, we are going to purge the GOP locals of all the good ole boysfrom the old establishment. We will clean up the GOP starting at the top all the way down to the counties. Be prepared if you consider yourself a RINO, to find another job because you will be booted out.

As a woman and a feminist from way back, I find women like this one and Palin to be downright embarrassing. They certainly don't represent me!
I hope that the Democrats, anyone who is left-leaning and anyone with a brain wakes up and realizes that we must keep these people from gaining control of our country.

What does "a return to a constitutionally limited government" reall mean? There is a reason why there is a congress written into the Constitution. The founding fathers knew that they didn't know what would happen. If these tea party people don't like the law, then they can go through Congress as citizens to repeal the law.
