O’Donnell cancels Sunday show appearances

(CNN) – Surprise GOP Senate nominee Christine O’Donnell has canceled her plans to appear on two national Sunday talk shows.

O’Donnell, the Tea Party-backed candidate who upset the establishment pick in Tuesday’s Delaware primary, had scheduled interviews with Fox News Sunday and CBS’ Face The Nation.

But an O’Donnell campaign spokeswoman told The Associated Press on Saturday that the candidate instead must attend events back in Delaware.

"Tomorrow the priorities are back in Delaware," spokeswoman Diana Banister said. "Those are people who supported her, who were very helpful to her in the campaign, and she feels obligated to be there and thank them."

Banister also told the AP she did not know about O’Donnell’s commitments when she accepted the two networks’ invitations to appear on their shows.

Yea, she just didn't want Americans to find out the truth about her and what a fraud she is. Just like the governor of Arizona and Senate Candidate. But, then, apparently the people in those two states don't care as they nominated her to represent them. Glad she doesn't live in my state. Whew.

She must be busy figuring out how to pay for her taxes. Not to mention the law suit which will follow for having using campaign money to pay for her own expenses. So much for the tea baggers' "honesty".

So they take over the government and things don't go their way. Do they cancel themselves and go home? Do they quit "Half Way Through"?

Yep Canada is looking better all the time.

Typical Teabagger action. Run from the national media after the primaries and talk only to Faus News.

And the comment, that if during the war if she were hiding Jews in her house and that if hitler had asked her if she was had Jews in her house, she would tell him the truth, because she must always tell the truth...
Even Rahab had to lie to save the Jewish spies to allow them to go back and give report to the Israelites. If you check in the Genealogy of Christ in the book of Matthew, chapter 1, Rahab is mentioned.
Sometimes, girl, it is okay to tell a harmless lie than a harmful truth.

She got to see what the media jackals tried to do to Rand Paul right out of the chute... bottom-feeding yellow journalism. She doesn't need to accomodate the two networks who are the best (worst?) at it. The strict leftists and rightists are the ones who have gotten us into the mess that has brought about the rise of the grass-roots candidates. THAt ought to be the lead story, Fox News and CBS, not this other garbage.

Once she gets past her socialism theme she has nothing else to say. The US is the largest capitalist society in the world even most Gov project or done by private companies need I say more.

What happened? Sharon Angle gave you some advice? Or you still need to find a cover story how your "boyfriend" aka campaign manager or whatever he is bought your foreclosed house?

Who are the only people who refused to do national interviews?

After two days of bruising media coverage about his views on elements of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Republican Senate candidate Rand Paul canceled his scheduled appearance on NBC's "Meet the Press."

Only two other people have canceled appearances on "Meet the Press": Louis Farrakhan and Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan.. ( & Rubio – because of his father's illness)

and now ... Christine! That surely puts her in bed with some very unusual people ... gotta ask ... what is she hiding or not ready for prime time?

This is going to be a trend for ALL the tea party candidates. They will NOT speak on actual news shows where they will be ask tough questions like, "How is health care or cap and trade the worst piece of legislation in history?" "How are these bills socialist?" "Why do you think we're being overtaxed when taxes are actually at their lowest levels in years?" "What is your political platform? Please be specific, now."

They wouldn't be able to answer these questions because they have no evidence to back up their talking points and no substance to their platforms. All they can do is throw out misinformed rhetoric and empty criticism. That's all they have and America need to see them on REAL news shows AND in at least 3 debates.

I wonder who will be "allowed" to interview her – or if she will participate in a debate? Ignorance, inexperience, ineptitude and incompetence are now okay as long as you have the right "principles" – God help us all.

She is a regular guy, not the professional "lawyer" politician, so give her a break and do not start criticism based on nothing. Is it the case that in this country you need to be a professional politician to represent the people?! Enough is enough with media elitist attitude towards people who run who may listen to their people when an important bill is on the table rather than dismissing people and follow parties' leaderships!!!!!

The fact that the regular systems guys (politicians, the elite media, and so on) do not get the small revolt which is happening in front of their eyes does not make it disappear ("WE THE PEOPLE"). The fact that nowadays the government is by the extreme left and the protest is from the right does not make it non-protest! Wake up!

And so it begins. Don't do real interviews. Give speeches and slogans about persecution and sticking together. Claim sexism. Don't explain ethical/moral problems of the current and remote past. Just try to ride out the next month and a half on ignorant voters who don't care about the facts. Yeah, my five year old does that create your own reality thing real well too. She proves she can't be trusted with campaign donations and some people want to put her in charge of billions of dallors. This country is doomed.

Yesterday Christ was happy that Sunday show Karl Rove and Christine O’ Donnell will appear in his show (like peace maker) she proved again she will flow what Sarah Palin did for media

When I seen this blog I want to know what Fox say this from Fox news web

“The cancellations came after liberal comedian Bill Maher released Friday night on his HBO show, "Real Time," an unaired clip of O'Donnell talking about her unwitting participation in witchcraft”

“Maher has threatened to release a clip of her every week until she agrees to an interview with him”

Good Job Fox don’t blame Christine O’ Donnell blame liberal comedian Bill Maher

"O'Donnell has plans events to attend in Delaware" what a bunch of you know what. She's been called out about her "WITCH CRAFT" practices and is running from the media.

Yes, O'Donnell's priorities are in Delaware.
I could see her on a Sunday TV show, but I can't vote for her here in New York.
We need lots and lots of conservatives in Congress, and it's a'comin' soon.
Our house's Election Night Veuve Clicquot "We Did It" dinner is going to be WILD this year.
