Todd Palin turned down 'Dancing With The Stars'?
Houston, Texas (CNN) - Did Todd Palin turn down a spot on "Dancing With The Stars"?
Sarah Palin let slip Tuesday that the show's producers had wanted her husband to be a contestant - but she didn't say if he was sought out instead of her daughter Bristol, who is currently appearing on the show and narrowly advanced to the fourth week of competition last night.
"They wanted Todd to be on the show," Palin remarked during a speaking appearance in Houston. "I think that would have been cool to see, too. But here Bristol is, out of her comfort zone, doing something all new."
Bristol Palin has received low marks so far from the show's judges, but her mother defended Bristol's laid-back style and said she's embracing her new hobby.
"She is way out of her element, out of her comfort zone, and she is the first to admit that," the former Alaska governor said.
Asked by an audience member if she would ever join the show's cast, Palin chuckled and said she would have to translate her basketball skills to the dance floor.
"They would have to let me dribble back and forth and maybe pivot and do a jump shot or something as part of the routine," she said. "In fact, when Bristol said, 'I don't know how to dance,' I told her, just think of it as learning some basketball plays."
The Palin family would do anything for money, won't they. Jeez.
Every time I hear the name Palin, I cringe.
And this is political news......why?

The "first DUD" would have been the first voted off anyway.
"They would have to let me dribble... or something as part of the routine," she said. That's all Saracuda does anyway is dribble drabble out of her mouth – every time she opens it, STUPID comes out.
The entire cast of the Wasilla Hillbillies ought to be on that show for the entertainment value they provide – heaven knows we can't take anything they say or do seriously...........
I didn't know Todd could do anything but stand behind Sarah with a dumb look on his face.
Bristol is doing great so far, go Bristol!
What the different either one is a stars,they both shouldn't be on the show.
