Portland, Oregon (CNN) - If 2010 truly is the year of the political outsider, then Chris Dudley should be sworn in as a the newest governor of Oregon in January of next year.
Dudley's unconventional resume is striking, even in a campaign season defined by novice politicians upending establishment figures in contest after contest.
Yup it all sounds good then there is all that wonderful out of state money. kinda pulls the person no matter how good out of their state and right to K street. We see it in wisconsin with Johnson and the like. Some are bigger insiders now than the incombents are. We dont elect anyone anymore they are almost all bought and paid for.
Liberal Republican, there is no such thing. The guy's a liberal Democrat just like Murkowski, Crist, and Castle.
what is so sad about this and all the races for public office is that these races are decided by who has the most money. none of the candidates in any of the races discuss what they can do for their constituents but rather how evil the other guy is. this is getting old and i think (hope) people are getting tired of it. who says you can't buy and election, that is exactly what is happening in our country.
Wow, there is something called a left leaning republican left. I thought they all were executed by the right wing crazies in control of the party?
