Obama heckled as he stumped for pal in Massachusetts

Boston (CNN) - As President Obama was pumping up thousands at a rally for Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, hecklers interrupted his remarks.

A press pool producer inside the Hynes Convention Center said the protesters held up a banner that read "Keep the Promise" as they chanted.

Another sign read "Fight Global Aids."

The wider audience began to shout them down with "four more years" and "yes we can."

A few minutes later, the President answered the hecklers by pointing out that his administration had increased funding for AIDS research. He suggested it's more than Republicans would achieve.

Obama rolled out his standard stump speech where he railed on Republicans for driving the economy into the ground.

He often leaned into the microphone and raised his voice urging the audience to get engaged and make a difference on November 2nd.

Along the way the President nearly lost his voice, which grew increasingly hoarse as he spoke, his ending remarks barely audible.

Republicans... drinking the Bahranian kool-aid. The people you align yourselves with says a lot about who YOU are.

This capitalist country runs off a supply and demand system the poor and middle class who creat demand to the supply in turn the supply creat jobs to handle the demand. This then become down, up cycle. The repugs want to try the trikle down system instead, that mean over flow the rich with money then hope it will get to the middle class. The only problem is this is not an american econmy anymore but a global one fools, and since the repugs will be cutting jobs, programs and lowering demand from the demand side of main street the big corporations will be seeking demand over seas, leaving mainstreet to fend for themselves while they outsource american jobs and industries to meet the demand of their customers over seas. The gov get less while they stock pile trillions more on the sideline and wont help mainstreet with jobs because mainstreet just dont have enough money to demand plus our labor is too expensive. Obama need to tax the rich to get all those trillions in the economy to creat demand and job.

Obama remains our Discriminator in Chief despite all the promises from him and the Democrats. And its sad to think that George Bush did more regarding AIDS than Obama. You have to wonder what Rev Wright had to say about gay men and women during those 20 years Obama sat in his church listening to him. Its doubtful that it was good, or even polite!

You people who heckel the president are the ones who have kept this country from recovering from the results of a disastrous administration. the Bush presidential term left us 7 trillion dollars in debt and caused a depression. Noone without help,
, not even our dedicated president could have cleaned up this mess in less than two years with no help from the other party. If you aren't for the party, you're against it so why don't you reregister as a Repub. and see how far that gets you!!!

obama is an ass – this is what we get for hiring a guy with no experience other than spending other peoples $$ – what did you think community organizers do – oh wait, he was the first AM to run for president that did not sound black – i am paraphrasing what most democrats were saying at the time of course.

the thought of republicans, those rascals who detroyed the economy and killed th emiddle class, coming back to power makes me vomit. but it tells just how stupid and ignorant the vass majority of americans are. rome was not built in a day, especially when it was completely dismantled by bush, cheney, halliburton, bonehead and company. how soon we forget! yes we can; but it will take time to bring us back to prosperity again. and obama is doing just that.

How can he keep a promise when the republicans will only vote NO so they can ruin his administration while not giving a D about the needs of America and Americans. At least the needs that are not Corporate, Business or Oil!

It's true that global Aids is a crisis. USA the supposedly most Powerful country in the world is on its own have a problem.
Right now the country is in dire shape and the reason The President is there its because he's trying to fix it by helping the Democrat. the only Party who gives a shit what commons American people needs right now to win this election.so he and his party can get down to business and finished the job of cleaning up the mess they are left with. Without interruption from the party who put this country in this situation..I am not saying that Aids is irrelevant in this country. but how will this country help others if they are putting back to power those people who is responsible for this mess. Fix this country first then when iits fix it can help fight the world crisis like Aids.

Vote them all out. Patrick has done nothing for this state but encourage more welfare takers to move here.
Tired of subsidizing them all. Hope the Obama curse helps us get rid of Patrick and vote in Charlie Baker.

How does one explain to idiots that it was the GOP/Baggers who created an economic mess almost as bad as the one they created in 1929?

Obama rolled out his standard stump speech where he railed on Republicans for driving the economy into the ground.
This cat borrows money by the hundreds of billions and puts it on our tab and then he's gonna slam Repubs on money management? Oh and what happened to "I'm gonna be a president who reaches the aisle" This guys word is worth about as much as zimbabwe currency, but hey, he did lie his way into the presidency of the United States.

Obama would have accomplished much more were it not for the do-nothing Republicans who were not interested in moving the country forward, but in bringing down our president. It's funny how when their president is criticized, we're all un-American for doing so. What a bunch of hypocrites. Anyone who votes for Republicans are idiots.

Obama is unfit to be President of the United States. With the impeding doom of Pelosi and other radicals, an Obama resignation would position several patriots in Congress for succession. Biden is such a intellectual half-wit he would fold to the reimposition of a pro-American regime in D.C.
