Fiorina to be released from hospital

(CNN) - California GOP Senate candidate Carly Fiorina is set to be released from the hospital Wednesday following an infection associated with her successful breast cancer battle, her campaign announced.

Statement from campaign:
"Since she was admitted to the hospital yesterday morning, Carly has been successfully treated for the infection she had as a result of reconstructive surgery following her victory over breast cancer. This morning, her doctors gave her the good news that she will be released from the hospital today and can resume her busy campaign schedule tomorrow. Carly is grateful for the outpouring of well wishes and prayers from so many Californians. She is excited to get back on the campaign trail and to move forward toward a triumph over Barbara Boxer next Tuesday."

I would like to sincerely wish Carly a speedy and full recovery. Despite people's differing political philosophy's, we still need to remember to care for and love our fellow Americans. Good luck with all of your future endeavors.

"Carly has been successfully treated for the infection she had as a result of reconstructive surgery following her victory over breast cancer..."

You know – yesterday I refrained from going negative and today I will still do the same. Only one thing – infections don't clear up over night and she is claiming a 'VICTORY' for her recovery of breast cancer. It's just the WORDS in the statement that shows she NEVER left campaign mode!!!

Glad you are back Fiorino and I am certain you are STRONGER than EVER to take a WHOOP-ASH come November 2, 2010!!! YES YOU WILL!!!

This is T'SAH from Virginia and I approve this message!!

Worried about the time she lost in this campaign, even more worried about the shady SEIU dirty tricks that are being played out over the rest of the country. These people should be in jail, but remember the person who stays overnite at the White House the most is the SEIU president.

While I wish her well in her recovery, I would like to remind the people of California that she promises to bring all her business acumen to the table if elected. Remember, this is the same business acumen that brought about one of the two most illconcieved mergers in business history, resulting in the near tanking of what had been two of the best and most profitable high tech companies in the United States. If that is the skill she brings to the table, then like Ben Franklin said, we will definitely get the government that we deserve.
