Great... Just what Illinois needs, another 4 years of this crook. Is there any other state in the union where a politician need only win one city to carry the whole state? Talk about a miscarriage of Democracy.

Time to pry that blue scab called Cook County off of Illinois backside. Chicago is a corrupt sewer that elects corrupt politicians.

This is actually good news for the teachers in Illinois. Brady was quoted as saying several times that the teachers in Illinois need both their salaries and their pensions slashed in half. He went so far as to state that Illinois teachers make "150,000 a year." If that is the case, I need a raise...when I make 150,000 a year, THEN he can feel free to slash my salary in half. I would still be making more than I do now as a public school teacher in Central Illinois. Right now I am lucky I am above the poverty line....barely.

Quinn is a horrible governor the people of Illinois that voted for him are idiots that do not understand politics and turn a blind eye to an idiot in office. What does Quinn do when he signs a bill CUTTING teacher pensions? He hires 4 new staff members...wonder where that money came from. It also seems as though Quinn thinks Illinois' education funding is like the Federal Government with Social Security. Where will frivolous spending end when the voters turn a blind eye to it? I don't want to pay the bill and maybe the people that put him in office should start realizing the ramifications of their actions.

Perhaps Southern Illinois should take a closer look at their representation and make the proper changes. If it's so bad there then the people who represent the southern districts should replaced by people who will work to better the area.

Voted. Every election I vote. Proud civic duty. Our right as Americans. Yet, this time, glared at voters card and for at least ffifteen mins. Could not in clear conscience vote for either. This includes our senate race as well. Time to get rid of "Party Politics" Vote for the person and not the "party". Yeah right, like that's going to happen. Just glad all those nasty adds are off the air and not getting phone calls anymore. Can't wait for the Chicago Mayor Election though... Now that should be fun...
