Huckabee: Watch out for Palin

(CNN) – At least one potential presidential contender is openly fearing a White House bid from Sarah Palin.

"No question, she will be a very, very strong presence and force, if she gets in," former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee told reporters in Des Moines, Iowa Sunday, according to the Des Moines Register. "You know, she may run away with it. And that's one of those things everyone needs to be prepared for."

"If I get in, I prefer she not and that she endorse me," joked the 2008 presidential candidate who himself turned the race upside down with his win in Iowa on a shoestring budget.

Palin makes a stop of her own in Des Moines next weekend to promote her new book, "America by Heart."

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee knows Iowa politics about as well as any potential presidential candidate.

Huckabee, the guy who has 'end times' guests on his show to promote their gloom, doom and fear theologies. Are all the right wingers nuts – Palin, Huckabee, Romney?!?

Save the advice for yourself Huckabooooo. Democrats are not worried about Silly Sarah. We want her to win the nomination so we can wipe the floor with her. It's you GOP fascists that have to worry about Psycho Sarah and her hateful running mate Michelle "The Beast" Bachmann.

Please run Sarah'll be the greatest gift the Dems ever got...and besides once you were President, you could always just quit when you got bored or the heat got too hot in the kitchen. Gimme a break...this woman isn't fit to be a dog catcher!

This is one time (and the only time) I would say "Go Palin"......The best gift the Republicans can give the President for re-election is to nominate that "Twit" to represent them in the general election. Just think.....Do you want that "Idiot's" finger on the button?.....No! I don't think so!

That good old boy network are the ones afraid of this woman. Now that they have used her they want to throw her under the bus. They definitely do not want her to run, but everyone else does so that we can split our sides laughing at her. The Republican and Tea Partiers are all in the same boat and eating at each other. I just love it. Now everyone of them wants control.

What the hell is happening to "we the people" when an idiot like Sarah Palin can be a contender for president. Is this a joke? The same Sarah Palin that quit on the people of Alaska so she could sell a book and make millions? The same Sarah Palin that was so divisive and hateful at the GOP convention in 2008 that I signed up to volunteer for the opposition for the first time in my life? The reality show star?

Where can I sign up to run? I've run a household and helped run a small busiess, raised 2 kids with a husband who traveled, organized kids tennis teams and baseball and basketball teams, was room mom while my kids were in grade school. If running a dinky town in AK and passing out oil revenue checks, as well as being the biggest grifter I've ever seen, qualifies her to run for President, it looks like I may be even more qualified.

Every crackpot and tea party groupie in America will turn out to vote for Sarah. That makes her a formidable candidate. Her only competition is Obama. Every radical liberal crackpot, core die hard Democrats and of course the 91% of black voters who support him will turn out for Obama. Either way, the nation loses. Let's hope both parties come up with someone else to run.

The fact that someone as unintelligent, unread, untraveled as Sarah Palin and who is also nothing more than an instigating bigot has rise to such depths is saddening in 2010.
When will Palin’s supporters actually realize that nothing is actually coming out of her mouth?
To oppose President’s Obama’s policies is your right, whether you understand why you do in the first place or not.
But to oppose the President, the Democratic Party, Washington, Marxism, Socialism, Taxes on Earl Grey or Islam by waving a picture of Sarah Palin – well, that’s just raw stupidity, plain and simple.

Palin will be going nowhere in politics by her own choice. She will be nothing but comedic relief for all. Her only interest is for the attention and most of all the money. Don't look for her to ever run. She will just string it along to get a couple more books in to sell and lots of pricey speaking engagements.

Wow!!! This is insane. Republicans fear Palin who can't beat O'Bama. I guess we have the Dems for another term.

Way to go Palin. You are the real face of the retard party

  14. Nancy Pelosi, the wicked witch of the west, the DemocRAT gift that just keeps on giving

Palin would be no worse than the DOPE we have in there now. At least she wouldn't spend the country into bankruptcy and financial disaster. In 2 years, Obozo's approval will be in the 20's with only the diehard leftist kool aid drinkers supporting him. It will be ANYBODYS to take.

"If I get in, I prefer she not and that she endorse me," joked the 2008 presidential candidate who himself turned the race upside down with his win in Iowa on a shoestring budget."

That's EXACTLY what Palin is doing!! She is starring in her own Reality Show and the name of it is "Running for President". She does have a FORCE behind her and at the LAST MINUTE – after she sucked every bit of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ from her followers – her book purchasers – her PACs – her speeches, she will QUIT (like she is known to do) and she will turn around and ENDORSE someone else… mark my words!!!

By the way, when is she going to QUIT Fox News???? Once you RUN for president or any public office, you cannot work for a news organization!! She's so FULL OF IT!!!

We, on the LEFT, need to stop and THINK about this!!! We, among MANY other Independent and Republicans, DO NOT believe she can be President!!! BUT, she is setting the STAGE to run a MASSIVE campaign and if that "so-call" FORCE ever gets behind another candidate – they will SUCCEED!!! We have to START NOW getting our message out!

Huck-A-Bye is NOT stupid!!! duhMINT is not stupid!!! MITTens is NOT stupid!! Pawlenty is NOT stupid. Sarah Palin is NOT stupid!! And everyone else ‘thinking’ about a presidency is NOT stupid. She's a money-hungry person that will make BILLIONS, eventually, and that is all she wants. She is definitely IN THIS to WIN IT but NOT being the next president of the US….. Again, take a look at her EYES – there is no "sparkle" there and they don't "Smile"!!!

I am going to get behind our current leader, President Obama, as he continue to Move America Forward!!

  16. Media-Polls vs We the People Polls....

If Pres Obama is 8% ahead of Sarah Palin in a none election poll...than why do the Dems wants Hillary Clinton to run in 2012 insead....? Sarah must be way ahead in the none election poll.....................!!!!!!

    IF PALIN decides to run
it will be a win by much
    higher percentage points
    than CNN polls are showing.
    One thing that puzzles me
is how the polls show Palin
    with 43-46% points against
    Obama, yet only about 2%
of the letters written in to
    this site are ever flattering
    to her.
So can we assume that 98%
of the people who view these
CNN blogs are liberal ? we really want know
    squat until election night.
    My personal opinion of why
    Palin gets slammed so much
on this site is because of a
    mobilization of sorts by the
liberals to drown out alot of
    the pro Palin letters.
    Until election night 2012
    I'll just say.....PALIN 2012 !!!

What is surprising to me is the number of writers who seem to think this whole situation is funny, just one big joke!. Well, it is anything but!! The unemployed, and those who are ill or losing their homes will tell you it is deadly serious and there's not a laugh in sight! if you can't see the pain here, why don't you go find your laughs in the "funny papers"?

America is afraid of terrorists? The biggest threat to America is Palin, forget the terrorists...........if she became President we would be under constant terror attacts.....the rest of this World hates us as it is much less having a President that will make the terrorists around the world hate us more......wise up Republicans cause if she makes it to the Primaries for your party she will cause the biggest upset in voting that is country has ever seen and it won't be for the Tea Party or the Republicans.....

One good thing is that it is only independents who put the President in the Oval Office, its neither GOP nor Dems. Independents are not dumb people thats why they do not belong to either side. In 2008 they taught Sarah a lesson but she never got it. Come 2012 they will teach her a second one and for all.

Yes huckleberry just lost my vote and Palin never had it, so he looses here.

I will NOT vote for repulicans no matter who runs. I am an ex repub. Pres. Obama is doing a good job to clean up the mess of the Bush era. It is going to take TIME. Why doesn't Palin, Huckabee, Romney etc talk about the jobs Pres. Obama has created or saved. Yep they don't want to. All they want is to paint gloom and doom. Why weren't the republicans all over GW for sending our jobs overseas?????They were asleep or just plain don't care. These republicans need to get interested in America and not their own pockets.

yes it will be fun to see if Palin could survive the primaries less known get the nomination. Unless the other GOP hopefuls still want to play nicey-nicey with Sarah, they are going to be trying to tear her down, just like Clinton did to Obama and tell why she should NOT be the next POTUS. And so far Sarah Palin has shown she can not take anyone saying negative things about her. So what happens when her biggest critics become fellow Republicans? Stay tuned folks this should get very exciting.
