Obama pardons two turkeys at White House ceremony

Washington (CNN) - At 21 weeks of age and 45 pounds each, Apple and Cider would normally be prime candidates for Thanksgiving dinner this year.

Instead, the two California-born turkeys got a new lease on life Wednesday when President Obama pardoned them in a Rose Garden ceremony at the White House.

Those turkeys could probably give Obama some better advice than he is getting from the clueless faculty lounge at the White House.

    Happy Thanksgiving Mr. President.
Thank you for saving our country. Thank you for keeping me employed in the auto industry.
And thank you for ignoring the Half-Wit half-termer, and NOT stooping to her trailer-trash level.

The Civil Rights Commission can shove their baseless, kangaroo-court accusations of Obama's administration favoring minorites right up their conservative, witch hunting bums. He just pardoned two white turkeys. 🙂

Thanks for pardoning McConnell and Boner. In other news, Governor Rick Perry sentenced tens of thousand of turkeys to death for not having the proper papers.

While most Americans will enjoy sitting down to a thanksgiving meal there will be a lot of them eating beans and franks due to the policy failures of this administration that has keep unemployment at a 9.6% rate for months.
