Justices reject Obama citizenship challenge

Washington (CNN) - The Supreme Court has again cast aside an appeal that raised doubts about President Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship, a grass-roots legal issue that has gained little legal or political footing, but continues to persist in the courts.

The justices without comment Monday rejected a challenge from Charles Kerchner Jr., a Pennsylvania man who sought a trial in federal court forcing the president to produce documents regarding his birth and citizenship.

Yikes, birther's still going at it. Sad, sad, maybe all the birther's should be required to produce their US documents every time they bring this up! Hard to believe this is not racially motivated.

These people are destain to self destruction. I have never seen another president so maligned by the people for doing a great job considering the situation he was handed by the same people that is maligning him. This is ridiculous. Ok you guys got what you wished for by putting the enept repugs back into power to stop the progress of the dems policies and to send our country back into reverse, what else do you want especially when you have stripped him of all his weapons and gave him malfunction ones to bring us forward with.

Mr. Kerchner should be forced to pay all legal costs associated with bringing this frivolous court action forward, as the woman in California was forced to pay (she had to pay something like $20K plus -shut her up ha?).

Yet another sad, sad day for the birthers. Give it time, birthers. When the New Republican Congress convenes in January, no doubt there are those most eager to carry the torch of birtherism forward. Disqualifying Obama is, after all, why so many New Republicans were elected by the TeaPers, yes? For sure, these fools certainly were NOT elected for their problem solving skills.

Pay attention and don't make a fool of yourselves (again):
The POTUS' mother was American – Which grants him US citizenship wherever he was born (unless HE choses otherwise).
The POTUS was born in Hawaii nearly TWO years after it became a State, and even if he had born years BEFORE it became a state the law that made Hawaii a state granted US citizenship to all people born there up to 60 (SIXTY) years before the islands became a State.
The proofs that he was born there comes from 3 (THREE) different sources, and it would be one hell of a prediction for whoever could have (in your theories) forged those documents to predict that that black baby (60's remember? Jim Crow Laws anyone?) would one day be able to become a POTUS...
And if they were so good at predictions why did they not prevented the fall of the USSR, the Berlin Wall and the likes?
One of those documents is the 'Certication/Certificate of Live Birth', can't recall which is the correct name right now, which per Hawaiian Law is THE proper document to certify that Barack Hussein Obama was born in that state. If YOUR state has a document with the same name, but without the same legal status, then this is YOUR STATE'S LAWS, not Hawaii's.
    Got it, finally?

It would probably be more interesting to find out where these neanderthal IQ theoretics are from.

Everytime they get the "itch" to waste the ANY court's time with this bulltwinkle they should (1) Be made to pay all court costs, including the judges' time; and (2) President Obama should sue the beejezus out of these people. And no I don't care what he uses to sue them.
    These people are sub-idiots.

Good move by the Justices. No doubt Obama is a citizen and a pathetic President. The GOP is not part of disqualifying Obama. He has done a fine job of discrediting his own leadership skills and agenda that made this a great election year.
