WOW – this is a BIG story!! President Obama wanted to meet with them weeks ago and he got "SNUFFED"!!!

Meet with them and let them know what YOU'RE going to do and NOT the other way around!!! You are the Commander in Chief – NOT everyone else running around who THINK they are!!

Let's continue to MOVE AMERICA FORWARD with President Obama!!

You mean after two years in office he's finally decided he wants to meet with Republicans? I hope they tell Obozo "We won" just he did to them after 2008 and decided to exclude them from any serious participation. Republicans, please inform Obozo that the American people issued a RESTRAINING ORDER against him on Nov. 2nd. If he doesn't understand that then he'll get the REMOVAL ORDER in 2012.

President Obama after you politely listen to their bull and their half-baked excuses for not doing this that or the other, TELL THEM what's going to get done.
STOP treating these mental midgets as if they were EVER going to accord YOU the respect you deserve as a man, and as THEIR PRESIDENT!!!
Don't you get it yet that they are AGAINST YOU PERSONALLY?!
    Come on now Slim!!!!

I hope the GOP shows up! They fuss and grumble on the GOP Fox misinformation news about the President not working with them,,,,Ha ! that is such a crock. Not sure how they get so many to swallow their hog wash , nor do I understand how so many vote against their own self interest.
98% in this country make less than 250K per yr. Yet they vote like they are in the 2%. Just boggles my mind the GOP has hooked so many in to believing that they are the only ones who have the best inerest of this country at heart or that the GOP is the only ones that have faith and God in their lives. Now we have new congressmen that got elected on the platform they will fight any of Obama's agenda , as if all he proposes is bad and against the what this country was built on . This new GOP is so far to the radical right they have no idea where the middle is any more.!!!

The only thing the Republican Leaders want to do is get Obama out in 2012. Mitch McConnel said just that! He did not say he will work for the people it is obvious that he is working for the Republican party and will not work with Obama.
When will they get it....they work for us!!! I think anyone with a mind would see regardless if you like Obama or not you have to work to clean this mess up...it took years to make it, it will take years to clean it up.

I just don't se the need to rush through a treaty with the Russians untill all the concerns have been addressed in a proper matter. When you rush things bad deals are made.

"So let's see... a 23% cut in Medicare reimbursement to doctors costs $1 Billion per month. So where are they finding $500 Billion in cuts for Obamacare? Everything the government gets involved in turns to crap."

No....delaying the 23% cut by one month costs $1B...or, rather, delays $1B in savings for one month. READ, COMPREHEND, THEN SPEAK. It's people like you, who can't wrap their heads around simple concepts or purposefully misconstrue them in order to invent proof of your preconceived idea of how everything works (or doesn't work, as the case may be), that consistently and invariably fall prey to the GOP/conservative spin machine. People glued to Faux Noise like it's God's own tv station. Who cares what the truth is? Who cares if what people oppose is not the actual legislation, but instead some fabricated phantom legislation that has nothing to do with what is really and actually being proposed? All you need to do is make sure they hate WHAT THEY THINK IT IS...and to hell with WHAT IT REALLY IS.

You know why government doesn't work? Because WE are the government. WE are in charge. WE set the political climate and tone. WE choose who is out there deciding how to run the government and what choices should be made on our behalf. AND WE NOT ONLY TOLERATE BUT ENCOURAGE THE PARTISAN STRATEGY OF PURPOSEFULLY MISINFORMING THE PUBLIC. WE actually like it because it means WE can always find some pandering a$$hat willing to tell us that the way we think the world SHOULD work, is actually the way it DOES work...and tall those facts, evidence, science, etc...that's all just the result of some conspiracy that, for no discernable reason, exists in order to prevent the world from working the way you want it to. As a result, WE choose poorly. As soon as people start accepting that "death panels" politics and the "news" media (and attendant advertising industry) that masturbates to it are THE most dangerous and destructive forces to threaten the integrity of our governmental systems and structure, including the political systems by which we choose those who will be running that government, THEN maybe we can start fixing it. Not before...until then, everything else is just whizzing into the strong fetid breeze generated by the bloviating corporate chimp-puppets screeching and throwing turds at each other all throughout the Capitol Building as they jockey for favor with the monied and asset rich corporate interests and millionaire class that WE LET THEM FAVOR. Keep voting against your own interests though people...especially you poor and middle-class conservatives...someday, with enough magic pixie dust and loud, indignant repetition of your ideological platitudes, reality will see the light and change everything to accomodate to your wishes. That's right. Out of nowhere, the money and wealth and prosperity and opportunity will rain down upon you from up above when the rich and corporations suddenly decide, for no good reason at all, that they just don't need to horde their wealth and keep accumulating more at your expense...oh no...they'll suddenly experience a transcendent awakening and share it all, giving you raises comensurate with performance and inflation, supplying you with retirement security and giving you health care coverage in exchange for your service...and the cherry on top...they'll even let your votes count (once in a while) so that the jackhole you put in office actually does what is right and just instead of spending all his time in office making decisions designed to secure the funds from corporations and the wealthy, NOT YOU, for his re-election campaign.

Until January 20-something 2013. Then the gloves come off (I hope).

I don't know what he's looking forward to. Obama has given the idiots in the GOP every opportunity to compromise and offer input and all the do is say "no." This isn't going to change. The GOP doesn't care one lick about anything but power and this won't ever change.

To Nancy Pelosi, the wicked. . . . You have to be the dumbest person to post. You do not accept facts, only what Fox tells you to think. Businesses made there highest profits in 60 years this past quarter, but you did not hear that on the Beckerhead show. If you had any sense, you would quit using the term ,'socialism' until someone can explain to you what it means.

Regarding earlier comment from Nancy … the wicked …

    “Lets” not “lust”
    “Obama” not Oboze

Also, from your incessant negative rants it is clear that likely are NOT an American citizen, rather an rude instigator from another country trying to do this country harm; nevertheless, you should be aware that true Americans follow the convention of using the title “President” before the last name of the POTUS to show respect for the elected office, even when they express disagreement with his policies.

Also, President Obama has never endorse socialism or anything remotely approaching socialism and NO ONE is seriously discussing whether socialism IS an issue to be debated, so YOU should be aware in spite of your clever play on words, that YOU really sound really REALLY dumb and are not contributing to the discussion.

No, Obama is not the BOSS. We are. The elected members of both houses are supposed to represent us when they speak. Obama is supposed to listen to them. They have been failing at that for decades and Obama's masters know this, hence why he won. If we were properly represented, we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place. And if you have a doubt, write your representatives with your thoughts and feelings on government. You'll get a boiler plate response telling you to shove off (not is so many words).

You people who think he is in charge of everything and can do what he wants are wrong. But, if you feel so strongly about being ruled, I hear Saudi Arabia is is the place to be...

In other words, he is on the same, tired, partisan platform he has been on since day 1.......and that isn't going anywhere!

Obama is now that/ 63 seats have changed in the House/ to the conservitive side/ willing to talk to someone other than Democrats like he did with out Republicans, when he passed the health care bill under closed doors and that nobody even read. 2500 pages of liberty lost is what is in the so called Obama Health care package. It is more to do with increased taxes and manditory controls and lose of liberty than any other bill the liberals pass. They own it/ They can have it/ Congress is exempt???????/ All done with a special vote that did not require a 60 vote margin to pass. Talk about Political Corruption
in it's finest, this is it. It truly was not health care they passed/ but tax reform to get more from the hard working Americans
that make there job possible. He promised change but, little did we know it would be corrupt change. Included in the bill is a tax on home sales in 2012 and beyond. This is a a rate of over 3%. Good Lord? how is that health care. Nuf Said

    – Nancy Pelosi, the wicked witch of the west, the DemocRAT gift that just keeps on giving
If you think that Nancy Pelosi is the source of this country's problems, you need to turn off your one dimensional propoganda shows and do a little fact finding, starting with the defintition of socilaism.

Put them in their place, Mr. President. Call the GOP, Got nO Plans, out. Make them put up, shut up, or simply get out of the way in moving our country forward politcially, economically and ethically. We're all tired of their obstructionism. Put them in the hot seat. Expose them for the unethical, irrational, bigoted, Wall Street bootlickin', Insurance Industry hooligan, rich white folk cadre of clowns that they are.

How can anyone in the GOP be a leader? Don't they just wait to hear what the American people have to say and then repeat it?
