Political Circus: Next up, the Tequila Party

Washington (CNN) - Politics is serious business - but not all of the time. From the halls of Congress to the campaign trail to the international stage, there's always something that gets a laugh or a second glance. Here are some of the things you might have missed:

The PatrĂ³n caucus

Latino leaders in Nevada have begun to float the idea of breaking their long ties to the Democratic Party and forming their own party - the Tequila Party, the Las Vegas Sun reports.

    I like the idea. I'd love to see how re'fascist'icans will reach out to the Tequilla Party. I guess Michael Steele will take them out to a strip club and charge all the drinks on the RNC credit card.

    Do you have to be in the USA legally to join the party? Will part of their platform be open borders and general amnesty for illegals? Will they allow illegals to vote openly in all elections? If they control southwestern state legislatures, can they vote to secede and join Mexico?

    This could be real interesting....
