Obama signs tax deal into law
Washington (CNN) - President Barack Obama signed an $858 billion tax bill into law Friday, saying, "this is progress, and that's what (the American people) sent us here to achieve."
"We are here with good news for the American people this holiday season," he said. "By a wide margin, both houses of Congress passed a package of tax relief that will protect the middle class, that will grow our economy and will create jobs for the American people."

Yeah you’re right…”empty suit”! Let me see if I understand you Mr. Obama is a graduate of Harvard University…. The former .president of the Harvard Law Review…A college professor, who taught Constitutional Law (could be important…?)…..A community organizer (you know that grass root thing the right keeps talking about)… He was State Senator…and a United States Senator…yes you’re completely correct, nothing but an “empty suit”….just imagine how much he would be able to get done if he owned a professional baseball team, or participated in a beauty contest, or work as a sportscaster, or maybe an actor! This craziness from some of you on the right or left really needs to stop…
I remember this president making the statement that one of his highest priorities would be letting the Bush tax cuts expire.He said this about the same time as he said he was closing Gitmo in Jan ,2010.

These dam repugs holding bills hostage until they get what they want, obama did the smart thing and took the deal with the stimulous, to creat demand and hire jobs, let me see if these rich folks going to take the money and start creating jobs, but knowing them, they will use the greedy repugs to bich about another excuse why they are hiring, then get mad as hell when the Feds get involve. They just want to give it to fool these senile people, because they know what ever they do or however they behave, these stupid people have their backs.
Can't believe this President signed the Obama Tax Cuts for the Rich...bwaaaaah! Apparently, those Bush Tax Cuts were not exclusively for the rich after all! BTW, what on earth was that race-baiting charlatan, Al Sharpton, doing at the signing? Was he trying to get an advance on his tax cuts...didn't think he paid taxes on a timely basis, if at all!

I would've preferred for the tax cuts to elapse for everyone, but then again, I'm NOT unemployed. I am sure that at the very least THAT group of people FINALLY saw an AMERICAN PRESIDENT looking out for poor AMERICANS.

It would be more impressive if he knew how to manage something. Anything. Nothing in his experience helped him there obviously, but that's the primary job you threw him into. Managing the Federal government is not something law school is really intended to prepare a person for even though there are plenty of lawyers arrogant enough to argue that fact.
wouldn't it have been funny if he had taken his pen after all of this and VETOED it?
What a holiday gift. Why don't we create the new 858 Billionaires and they will created Billion jobs for American people. After all, everyone will have Three well paid jobs.
