(CNN) - In her first television interview since she became the Democratic leader in the House, Nancy Pelosi said William Daley, the president's choice for chief of staff, will do a good job.
"Mr. Daley does every job that he's assigned to do very well," Pelosi told CNN Chief National Correspondent John King in an interview set to air Thursday.
Daley opposed Obama's consumer financial protection agency that Elizabeth Warren now leads, and in December 2009 wrote that the democrats were doomed if they didn't move back to the center.

Who cares what this has been thinks. YOU LOOSE NANCY.
Keep deluding yourself, Nancy. You are so out of touch with the reality of what voters want.
The democrat problems sometimes stem from putting people in positions, when that person is either divisive or sends a wrong message the repubs can jump on with their b.s. campaign rhetoric. Yes, it's impossible to cover every possible angle the repubs will stoop to, but Daley doesn't sound like such a good choice based on his beliefs regarding democratic policies. And for that matter, from what I've read and seen, Pelosi is basically a lightning rod (who has in fact caused several dems their job as congressmen).
I hope the President and his staff start to lead. Take a stand and not back down!!!
Hope Daley understands the president agenda.
