So the progressives think they can have a Supreme Court decision over ruled by the Executive branch? I guess they think this is Venezuela! These fools are a danger to our country.
commom cause ... aclu... seirra club.. all those groups that what to protect america,,,,,not.... just there for there agenda....
I'd like to clarify an error in the story above on behalf of Common Cause: Common Cause is not asking Scalia and Thomas to withdraw from future campaign finance cases. We are asking that the Justice Department investigate whether they should have recused themselves from one case only, Citizens United.

It doesn't surprise me with Thomas because his wife was a part ot the "tea party" movement. That would suggest to me that he is influenced. If any of the other justices have been to political events, that could also sway their votes.
Should we be surprised? The pornography old fart whose wife is a member of the tea party and likes to make middle of the night calls to harrass a woman and then there's what's his face who if he was more conservative he would right fall off his judgeship chair. Those two.
These republican activists have violated their oath. They need to change the name from supreme to interior.
Those are two fugly old men. Oh, and they legislate from bench, too. I wish they'd retire already.
