Palin's PAC in good financial shape
(CNN) – Sarah Palin begins 2011 in solid financial shape, according to her Political Action Committee's most recent financial disclosure report.
Palin's Sarah PAC has just over $1.3 million in the bank and is carrying no debt, according to the filing with the Federal Elections Commission made public Thursday.
The filing also shows Palin raised just short of $280,000 in the last six weeks of the 2010, a number that is, understandably, well off the pace from her performance in the weeks leading up to the midterm elections when she traveled the country on behalf of conservative candidates.
Palin did not donate to any candidates in the weeks after the election, but did receive two never-cashed checks from the campaigns of Reps. Michele Bachmann and Mike Coffman. Both Bachmann and Coffman easily won reelection.
Her PAC's staff could provide springboard for Palin should she choose to run for president. But the filing shows little signs the former Alaska governor is ramping up her operations, still only paying salaries to a handful of people.

Well of course it's in good financial shape, she has non-enlightened supporters who donate blindly to her PAC. Raising money is the only thing she's good at.
She needs to issue refund checks to all of her donors.

As far as the other article on Palin, I fully recognize Sarah as an expert on WTF moments. She creates on every other time she opens her mouth. She says we ARE burried under a mountain of debt. Don't I remember a lot of Conservatives arguing that the national debt doesn't matter when Bush was piling up $5T of it? Of course on January 20, 2009, it suddenly changed from being "irrelevant" to the single most important thing. The debt we have piled up for the last 2 years is primarily due to three factors – two wars started by GWB that Prez Obama is trying to get us out of, the reduction in revenues due to the GOP/GWB recession (yes, you will alway own it – might as well do so proudly), and the TARP (GWB) and stimulus (Obama) spending. The only part you can really pin on Obama is the stimulus, upon which reasonable minds can disagree. The rest is the hand he was dealt. If you want to change that, never vote for a Republican for POTUS ever again.

Yes, financial shape, but mentally? Where's the story about her claiming that the USSR won the space race and her attempt to undermine Obama's "sputnik moment" rhetoric by saying that the Soviet Union's spending on Sputnik is what collapsed them (22 years later). Hint: it was their spending on their military/defense budget and involvement in Afghanistan (SOUND FREEKIN FAMILIAR!?!?!?), not Sputnik and getting the first man into space, which accounted for a tiny portion of it.
Who cares what this vile woman has in the bank, has she ever done anything for America, has one positive word ever come out of her mouth, has one positive action ever come from her behavior.
