Palin's PAC in good financial shape

(CNN) – Sarah Palin begins 2011 in solid financial shape, according to her Political Action Committee's most recent financial disclosure report.

Palin's Sarah PAC has just over $1.3 million in the bank and is carrying no debt, according to the filing with the Federal Elections Commission made public Thursday.

The filing also shows Palin raised just short of $280,000 in the last six weeks of the 2010, a number that is, understandably, well off the pace from her performance in the weeks leading up to the midterm elections when she traveled the country on behalf of conservative candidates.

Palin did not donate to any candidates in the weeks after the election, but did receive two never-cashed checks from the campaigns of Reps. Michele Bachmann and Mike Coffman. Both Bachmann and Coffman easily won reelection.

Her PAC's staff could provide springboard for Palin should she choose to run for president. But the filing shows little signs the former Alaska governor is ramping up her operations, still only paying salaries to a handful of people.

sp should keep the cash, and not waste it trying to become elected in any office. She won't get anyway near the required votes in a general election, and so many of us will never forget what she insinuated with all the false"death panel"crap, the 2nd amendment solutions she wanted, the out and out lies and misrepresentations of her and that band of wandering racist bigots called the TP.

Why does'nt she donate that money to the country since the money will be wasted on her ludicris attemt to run for POTUS. she is not, never has been, and will never be qualified to be WH material. i can just imagine her as prez. we would be at war with the whole world because of her stupid incessent blabbering mouth. PLEASE GO AWAY! my stomach hurts from laughing at the rediculous sht coming out of your mouth! you need to give it up like you gave up the governors position. I'm shocked, shocked I tell you, that CNN didn't line up Sarah Palin for a rebuttal to a rebuttal to a rebuttal to the Presidents SOTU address the other night. What I'd like to know is if Palin's PAC is paying CNN to keep her in the news several times a day. Or maybe the Teaparty Express, or both.

Regardless of who we're talking about, a PAC is a solid indicator of a crooked politician. It is nothing more than a backdoor way to pay off relatives and receive bribes from supporters.

Good. I'm glad she has plenty of cash to fuel her idiocy. The best way to deal with her is to simply lay low and let her dig all the holes she wants. She won't be crawling out those in 2012.

The only baggage hanging around the PAC's neck is Sarah ... What a shame, 1.3 million and nobody who cares.

That's because she is not going to run. She only duped folks into giving her money to make her a fast horse in the next election. First she is not a fast horse, but a motivational speaker who has fooled ya'. She's stuffed that money in her pockets and has doled out a few bucks that she will ultimately hand over, like a fairy godmother to her endorsees. She has hauled in a ton o'money. Congrats to you, Sarah and you too, rubes.

She not only drives the Progressives nuts – she can balance a budget – which they can't do. Keep lighting them up Sarah.

  15. Lost in Texas FOREVER

for some reason the old saying " a fool and his money" comes to mind to me about those who donated to Palin. I would be impressed if Mrs Palin, seeing that she has a special needs child herself, who start a program to help other special needs children, make a big donation and even name it after Trigg yet I doubt if she would do such a thing, All she does as they say is ATTACK. She comes across more now like a sore loser, NEVER has anything positive to say about the POTUS and now not even his wife. Palin only has power of the mouth and that's about it. I have to admit though when I heard her response to the Tucson shootings I also said WTF!!

Palin has more wit in her little pinky than the entire staff of the whitehouse. WTF is hillareous, and accurate at the same time. Brilliant.

Would it really make any difference if she 5 gazillion dollars?

She is wasting her time, and her parties time. She is finally been shown to be exactly what she is a wanna-be. She is a bigot, she is a "Christian hypocrite" and a money hungry do anything to make a buck celeb. Simple as that.

I so pleased that the vast majority of us have her number. The Republicanknuckleheads would be smart to get rid of her fast. If not, they will really suffer in any kind of election. Lets hope her worshipers finally get a clue.

In her comments on Obama's speach, she claimed Obama would "aspire Americans to celebrate". She can't even form a coherent English sentence. But I guess this is an absolute requirement if you are a Republican and see to be the POTUS. Compared to this dimwit, Bush was a genius.

Oh it must be nice to not have a real job and people send you money to live on. Basically this is Sarah's new life. Beg for money "to help the Tea Party" and use it to support your new found celebrity life. What a freeloader.

If this was our children talking I would wash her mouth out. And we are to look up to her trying to be the next president if she is elected good luck. What is this world coming too? Can't she ever be nice about anything she says (Palin) these days? Good for You Mr. President I think you are doing what is right for America.

Well if she is going to run for President she needs a lot more money than a cool mill. That is like a 20 dollar bill for that run. The GOP will support a male in the run.
