Political Circus: Bachmann likened to a 'poor man's Sarah Palin'
Washington (CNN) - Politics is serious business - but not all the time.

Meghan McCain had some choice words for Rep. Michele Bachmann, a Minnesota Republican who delivered a Tea Party response after the State of the Union address. The move was widely criticized by the media, Democrats and even some Republicans.
In an interview on MSNBC's "Last Word," McCain said that Bachmann is not a leader, and she is "no better than a poor man's Sarah Palin."

Actually in looking at Palin, Bachmann, O'Donnell, and Angle, the question one has to ask is what is up with these Tea Party Republican women? It is as if the all the wierd, right-wing extremism, paranoia, conspiracy-theorist anger that seems to be at the heart of the party has been distilled into them. They all seem nuts, angry, under-informed on pretty much every issue (Bachmann is known for giving talks in which everything she has said was a lie, fabrication, or just plain fictional), prone to violent, extremist language and all very narcicistic. All these 4 want is to impose a thnly veiled version of what the Taliban has here in the USA but branded as "Tea Party" and "Christian". These are not people who should be in positions of power- much less ever ascend to the presidency.
What happened to the good old, fiscally conservative, socially moderate Republicans of the '60s and '70s? The ones with clear, reasonable policies that didn't drive up the debt., and believed in keeping government as much as possible out of people's everyday lives? If these women (who all seem to think they actually might make it as President) are all the Republicans can offer America, they are SOL.
it's good not all GOPers are willing to follow people like Bachmann and Palin like blind sheep. Palin appears to be in it for the fame and the money and I'm not sure WHAT Bachmann wants. I will say this though it makes the politcal scene a bit more entertaining
Michelle Bachmann is a lunatic. That's all that needs to be said about her.
Please don't insult the poor like that. Anyone with common sense, regardless of amount of money owned, knows Bachmann is every bit the pickle-brained moron that Palin is. The only difference is that Bachmann didn't have a really bad reality show.

I totally agree with what Meghan McCain said in regard to Michele Backmann and I might add that she is much worse than Palin in her choice of words and knowledge of history. Poor Michele! she should go back to school and learn American History.
