Palin hires chief-of-staff

Washington (CNN) - Sarah Palin has added a veteran Republican strategist to serve as chief-of-staff for her political action committee, Sarah PAC, CNN has learned.

Michael Glassner, an attorney and longtime adviser to former Kansas senator and presidential candidate Bob Dole, has signed on to steer the former Alaska governor's political operation as she considers a possible 2012 presidential bid.

During the 2008 presidential campaign, Glassner managed vice presidential operations during John McCain's unsuccessful White House bid.

"We are happy and excited that Mike is joining our team," Sarah PAC Treasurer Tim Crawford told CNN.

If this means she is running for President, she has so alienated the mainstreen media that I predict they will all be scrambling to crush her like a bug..She doesn't get the fact that it's now media driven world. It's obvious that she avoids interviews because she's intellictually challenged. What's more- she has done nothing in the last two years to change that and educate herself. If you look up the defination of a narcissist -she has it nailed. She is truly self absorbed in everyway and doesn't seem to care about taking the trust and the money from her folowers and using it to further her own "limelight" adiction. Please wise up Palin people-check the Bible on true Christian character and use your heads!.

What a track record, managing the losing campaigns of Bob Dole and Sarah Palin. Quess he comes cheap. Analysts all said she had the wrong staff advising her as governor. Unsurprisingly she dosen't learn from past mistakes.

I like it. We all know what happened to Bob Dole. Glassner must be a strategy genius.

She might have hired him but it is her followers that pay every penny of his pay check. Not too many people with one years experience in small town Alaska, that are now unemployed and hold no office, have a "Chief of Staff". I guess Todd has been demoted and Glassner will take care of the kids and all the people that send Sarah money are footing the bill.

And what exactly will her PAC be doing? These seemingly-normal people want to work for her?! Money does talk, common sense and decency and intelligence do not. When will she finally do or say something that will make her public world collapse and make her just go away. So far, each thing has been more outlandish than the previous, and she's still at it. Help America!

Thanks for the daily Palin update. Without CNN I would not have any idea what she is doing on such a frequent basis.

Things like this, thinking she COULD even be considered as a candidate shows how delusional and egotistic this woman is. Does she in her wildest dreams think there are enough people in this country, who would support her for president. Even most of the republicans think she is nuts.

I hope she does run. And I hope she spends every penny she's made these last couple of years doing it and when she loses, then she will be gone,

Belief in the age of doubt:
Holy God is showing us by the words of 2 Peter 3:8 that he wants us to know that exactly 7,000 years after He destroyed the entire world with water in Noah's day. He plans to destroy the entire world forever. Because the year 2011 AD is exactly 7,000 years after 4990 BC when the flood began, the Bible has given us absolute proof that the year 2011 is the end of the world during the Day of Judgment, which will come on the last day of the Day of Judgment.

God doesn't do randon; there are less than 100 days left.

    I'm sorry.

I wonder if she knows that Bob Dole was in favor of national health care. Did she properly vet Glassner?

I predict that she WILL in fact try to run for President. I predict one of the worst mud sling fests in history. She has no other platform to run on except "how bad the other guy is".

I wish she was hiring a lawyer to defend her on sedition charges...with Cheney not answering for war crimes and Palin allowed to whip up the mentally ill against law there any sanity left? She will probably be president, judging from the insanity of the last election...America is slipping more and more into a third world capitalistic theocracy...

His main job will be to tell her to shut up until she gets a coherent thought. This should mean we will hear alot less from her. Being an Independent voter, I really enjoy good political discourse. Unfortunately nothing this woman has never said falls into that category. She is unelectable except in her own mind and the minds of some really stupid people. She does have alot of money to spend though so I guess we will have to put up with her tweets for alot longer than alot of voters would like. Don't envy this guy his job, but since he was involved in 2008, he knows what he is getting into. Maybe he can teach her to read!
