Washington (CNN) - Conservative activists have descended upon D.C. for the annual Conservative Political Action Conference. CNN takes a look at who the key speakers are.

9 a.m.: Andrew Breitbart
–Conservative blogger
–Publishes of and
–Launched the sites: Big Hollywood, Big Journalism, Big Government and Big Peace
–Former researcher for Arianna Huffington
–Married with four children

9:30 a.m.: Gov. Haley Barbour
–Current governor of Mississippi
–Former chairman of the Republican Governors Association
–Served as chairman of the Republican National Committee in the 1990s, and the GOP took back both chambers of Congress under his watch.
–History as a tobacco lobbyist and his reputation as the ultimate Washington insider could prove to be the stumbling blocks on his path to the White House
–Married with two children

1 p.m.: John Bolton

–Former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations
–Now serves as a Fox News commentator, a senior fellow at the conservative American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy in Washington and as an attorney for a Washington D.C. firm
–Was the under secretary of state for arms control and international security in the George W. Bush administration before he was appointed to the U.N. position
–Said last year that he is considering a run for the 2012 GOP presidential nomination
–Married with one daughter

3:45 p.m.: Ann Coulter
–Conservative commentator
–Known for her blunt and controversial comments
–Author of several New York Times bestsellers
–Legal correspondent for Human Events and writes a syndicated column
–Clerked for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals
–Attorney in the Department of Justice, and later private practice
–Worked for the Senate Judiciary Committee

Final speech: Rep. Allen West
–Represents Florida's 22nd congressional district since winning office in 2010
–Serves on the Armed Service Committee and the Small Business Committee
–Retired Army lieutenant colonel
–Served in Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom and in Afghanistan
–Used to teach high school
- Married with two daughters

    Breitbart, a travesty of journalism who tampers with the truth to make his point. Bolton, a failure of a diplomat whose prime goal during his tenure was to destroy the UN. Coulter... Why would anyone care about her? West, a religious nut. Poor delegates.

    All that firepower, marred in poisonous rhetoric and demagoguery. They earn pretty good money though. What a shame. If their efforts and intellect (oooh that was hard, maybe even false?) could only be aimed at doing good for America. Instead they choose to be villains.
