Sherrod sues Breitbart

(CNN) - A former Department of Agriculture employee who was forced to resign last year after the posting of a misleading video has filed suit against Andrew Breitbart, the conservative blogger who posted it.

Took too much time to do the right thing Mrs. Sherrod!
There is such a thing as 'investigative journalism', which MUST be encouraged (and not joked about as Coulter did Saturday), and there is 'slander' and 'libel' and you were the victim of the laters.
The guy wanted to make a statement, to prove a point, but in order to do that he EDITED a video. It's like FORGING a proof that you want to use on a tribunal (Big crimes combed in one act BTW).
And to make things worst he is unrepentant...
Sue him and thus make sure that everybody knows that this 'journalist' doesn't like much when the facts gets in the way of his agenda, and has no scruples in lying and cheating and making a fool of everybody who BELIEVES IN HIM and spread his lies without realizing it.

I hope she wins. This type of misleading "news" doesn't do us well. Just incites. Goes both sides of the political spectrum.

Good luck to her. Breitbart isn't doing anything that even remotely resembles journalism. And I hear he's screaming about his freedom of speech. Isn't that priceless? When did splicing tape together to make someone look like they were saying the opposite of what they are saying, freedom of speech? It's about time to get the trash out of what passes as journalism these days.
