Palin upset with Obama, again

(CNN) - Former Republican Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin took to her Facebook page Tuesday night to criticize the Obama administration's response to the ongoing turmoil in Libya.

She noted the White House released statements about the earthquake in New Zealand, "but nothing on the slaughter in Libya?"

The former Republican vice presidential nominee said "now is the time to speak out."

"For four decades this tyrant has held power. Gaddafi was Osama (bin Laden) before Osama hit the scene," Palin wrote. "Gaddafi is a brutal killer and Libya – not to mention the world – would be better off if he were out of power."

Violent anti-government protests continue in Libya while leader Moammar Gadhafi vows to hold onto power.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has condemned the violence in Libya, calling for a halt to the "unacceptable bloodshed" in response to civil unrest.

"The government of Libya has a responsibility to respect the universal rights of the people, including the right to free expression and assembly," Clinton said in a statement Monday.

But that wasn't enough for Palin. The potential 2012 presidential candidate said NATO and allies of the United States should establish a no-fly zone so "Libyan air forces cannot continue slaughtering the Libyan people."

"We should not be afraid of freedom, especially when it comes to people suffering under a brutal enemy of America," Palin wrote. "Here's to freedom from Gaddafi for the people of Libya."

Palin's criticism follows similar comments she made about the situation in Egypt. She told the Christian Broadcasting Network the uproar was Obama's 3 a.m. phone call and "that call went right to the answering machine," a reference to a line used by then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton against Obama in the 2008 presidential campaign.

We as a nation are not in a position to enforce any other country's position or revolution. This atitude that the USA has to interfere is what's gotten us in trouble in the past. Would we stand for any other country's air force flying over our skies? Hell No! And they shouldn't either. We have no right to attack another country (again) that has done nothing to us-enforcing a no fly zone could result in the US killing Libian citizens. Ms. Palin (WHO KEEPS PROVING IS AN IDIOT) needs to stop promoting a medling state-don't trust and verify.

Also Ms. Palin-what are the Tried and True Traditional AMERICAN economic policies you say will save us. And where will you come up with 12 trillion dollars? That's the amount of debt before Obama-since you seem to think he created the debt (dumb again). I TRUST YOU NOT.

Considering that this week was the first time that Palin had ever heard of Libya, that's alot of complaining about it from the moron.

There will be lots of pro and anti Palin comments from this. But in reality, if you listen to the experts speak (across all spectrums of media) they are telling us that countries (not just the U.S.) have to be careful how harsh to speak out ... yet ... as they work to protect citizens still in the foriegn country. The goal is to work to get them out safely. Behind the scenes, as the intelligence experts report, there's a lot going on. And it's not that one administration is doing more or less - that Obama's admin is doing less than what Bush's would have done. What's amazing is that either no one has schooled Palin on how this stuff works (which shows she is not qualified to be speaking out on this - other than to stir things up and provoke division), she has no one around her who knows - or is unable to get her to pay attention, or she does this purposely ... which is not in the interest of the country.

The Administration is carefully trying to extricate 600 Americans from Libya. No one can predict what Gaddafi would do if the Administration starts making public statements in this time of crisis. As one article stated:

"But as it sought to safely extricate U.S. diplomats and other Americans from the spreading chaos, the Obama administration stopped short of criticizing Gadhafi personally or demanding that he step down. U.S. officials who spoke to the matter publicly on Tuesday, including Clinton, would not mention Gadhafi by name."

Palin is risking American lives with her comments. Imagine her in the White House where she would appear to care more about her public grandstanding that the lives of citizens she is supposed to protect.

Again she prove herself she doesn’t know anything

She didn’t watch last night Parker/Spitzer or AC 360

She didn’t consider Americans live in Libya

World leaders are watching, now slowly world is coming out of 2008 rescission they worried about Middle East crisis

Smart people (republicans or Democrats) have close eye on Libya they want Gaddafi go with out blood bath so Palin not even close

Cripes, who cares what this bimbo thinks? If Obama said the sky was blue she'd complain about that too. It's just more sophomoric knee-jerk reaction from an intellectually immature nobody – why not treat it as such?

Again, Palin shows her lack of knowledge of the situation and her stupidity. The President is waiting for all Americans to be safely out of Libya before he speaks up. I shudder to think if she were in charge of anything the way she goes off "half cocked!" She just needs to shut up and go away!!!

Palin has no idea what the President is doing with regard to Libya. Just because he's not making speeches about it doesn't mean he's not taking significant action. Again, Palin reflects the Republican point of view that it is the United States' business to make sure all other sovereign countries behave in a manner that is acceptable to us at all times. We all know that no matter what Obama would have said about Libya, she still would have made some kind of accusatory speech about the way he was handling the situation. It keeps her picture in the paper and on websites like this one.

My God, the dingbat speaks words of wisdom again! What would the U.S. do without the entertainment she provides during this time of turmoil in the world? Seeing as she is unintelligent and extremely superficially informed (but mostly uninformed), I'm wondering why her every word is printed. Is it because she is so incredibly idiotic? Hmmm CNN?

She cannot speak a full sentence, cannot spell, is a wingnut, and a loser.

Stay in Alaska half-term governor – you should be put in jail for your attacks on our President – never before you

Some one needs to tell this fool that it not necessary for the POTUS to make a comment on every incident that happening in the world simply because it could make matters worst. Since she is such the diplomat I would like for her to carry her hind parts over there and make a statement on behalf of the United States. She is a racist bag of hot air and nothing more than that.
