(CNN) - Lawyers for former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich are asking a federal judge to order the government to turn over summaries of a December 2008 FBI interview with then President-elect Barack Obama.

Someone please tell this arrogant fool to step aside once and for all !
These irrelevant losers cannot stand not being in front of a camera.
Why is Blago beginning to look like the only honest man in politics? YES. Get the tapes released. This man is entitled to a fair trial. I'm sure Holder would agree.
I guarantee that obummie is guilty of bribery if not worse in Blogo's case.
Go Away Blago!
Why are you still writing about this little embarrassing bozo? Nobody cares.
Isn't odd that he doesn't have a record of his own?
I keep a conversation log whenever I talk on the phone. Look at the log as the minutes of a meeting. Anyone with any business sense would do be wise to create minutes of phone conversations. You do keep minutes of face to face meetings don't you?
The lawyers are barking up the wrong tree!! It will NEVER happen!
With Balonoff testifying that he spoke to Obama directly, he should have gotten it in the first trial so he could be properly corssed...The Blagojevich defense team has been continuely road blocked by the prosecution who is more interested in protecting the President than presenting a fair trial...The defense's request to depose Tony Rezko and Stuart Levine was turned down by Judge Zagel on the 15th of February even though the prosecution has stated that they may call Rezko/Levine...There should be a Congressional investigation into corruption in the U.S.Attorney's office, they are more corrupt than the people they prosecute...
Now what is going with this picture why does Blagovich wants to drag the situation to cover his but, you need to man up to what you did, and stop trying to bare false witness
