Palin to GOP: ‘Learn how to fight like a girl’

(CNN) – Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin challenged GOP leaders to “fight like a girl” Saturday at a Tea Party Tax Day rally in Madison, Wisconsin. Unafraid to “take on the GOP establishment,” she offered suggestions to garner Tea Party support.

“If you stand by your platform, if you stand by your pledges, we will stand with you, we will fight with you, GOP, we will have your back,” she declared.

“What we need is for you to stand up, GOP, and fight. GOP leaders need to learn how to fight like a girl.”

The 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee heralded Madison as an example for Republicans to follow by recalling the Wisconsin legislature’s approval of a controversial bill that restricts the collective bargaining rights of unions.

“I’m in Madison because this is where real courage and real solidarity can be found,” she said.

“You saw these violent rent-a-mobs trash your capital and vandalize businesses. You held your ground. Your governor did the same thing. And you won.”

Palin defended Gov. Scott Walker’s union-limiting legislation because “he understands that states must be solvent to keep their promises” and “a pension is a promise that must be kept.”

And the possible 2012 GOP nominee hopeful painted events in Madison as a lesson Republicans can learn from. Criticizing GOP leaders for promising to cut $100 billion in federal spending but compromising at $38 billion in the recent bipartisan budget agreement, Palin said, “That’s not courage, that is capitulation.”

She also had strong words for the president, blasting him for getting the country into a “third war” it can’t afford, cutting off oil development and “misrepresenting” deficit spending.

“You ignored us in 2010,” she said. “But you cannot ignore us in 2012.

And to the crowd gathered in Madison, Palin promised a place in history.

“When the history of the Tea Party is written, what you accomplished here will not be forgotten. And the 2012 election begins here,” she affirmed.

To drive the point home, Palin recalled the Green Bay Packers’ 2011 Super Bowl win, saying, “What better place to call out the liberal left and let them know, Mr. President, game on!”

Palin is not the darling of the Tea Party anymore. She is taking a backseat to Trump and Bachman. Every time she opens her mouth her approval ratings drop. Outside of the far right no one would vote for her.

Keep preaching to the choir Sarah, to everyone else you sound like the adults in a Charlie Brown TV special.

Are we still hearing from this horrible harpy? Ask most women what they think of Sarah Palin and if they'd even consider voting for her. The answer is a resounding no. This clueless, lame-brained quitter has not idea how to fight or win–look what she did for McCain.

So in other words, Palin wants a bunch of GOP men to act like women?
This sounds very fishy to me.

This woman currently holds no official office which has been authorized by law or the election of people.

She should be arrested for sedition and subversion.

Talk about extreme gender bias! I dare any man to try getting away from a comment like "Fight like a man." Oh wait, I almost forgot. Sharon Angle, Sarah Palin, and a bunch of other bigoted, sexist politicians already did that with "Man up," and GOT AWAY WITH IT! No wonder Sarah Plain thinks she can get away with showing her sexist attitudes. She DOES get away with it.

Sarah Palin is a master of demagoguery. It's one dimensional and reduces the most complex issues to 3 words that fit on a bumper sticker and "feel good" to those who choose not to think. I can't decide who is more dangerous to the United States, Sarah, Michele or The Donald.

I guess Palin means it is OK to leave the fight in the middle, like she did with her Governor job.

I guess the main stream GOP is actually doing a pretty good job considering how the demon spawn of the news media has so much issues with them. Speaking of which, why are we even giving a damn about what this creature is saying?

Palin with her piggish behavior, at it again. Calling teachers, police officers and other Madison public workers "rent-a-mobs"? Quite frankly, she needs to go wolf hunting from a helicopter...and fall out. She is nothing more that a big pig drinking from a troth of ignorance.

Where did Palin develop her ideas about government and politics?... She had to go to five different colleges to get a undergraduate degree in communications! (Look it up on Wikipedia) Do you want someone in a Cabinet meeting who couldn't understand what was going on in a community college classroom? Her typical backlash would probably be to belittle the importance of education in our society.

I'll say one thing for Palin, she has hired herself a speech writer since she's intellectually challenged to speak in cognitive sentences. But now she needs to hire a voice coach. Her voice would send small children running for cover - the wicked witch speaks.
