'Chilling expose' on Palin to be released
(CNN) – Simon & Schuster is set to release a tell-all book by a former aide to Sarah Palin that the mega publishing house is promising will provide an "explosive, up-close view" of the former Alaska governor.
The upcoming book, by former aide Frank Bailey, will be released May 24 and promises to be a "chilling expose," according to Howard Books, the imprint of Simon & Schuster that is publishing the book.
Called "Blind Allegiance to Sarah Palin," the book will detail Bailey's observations of the governor from the time he joined her political team in 2006 until she resigned her governorship three years later.
Excerpts of the preliminary draft of the book were leaked to the Anchorage Daily News in February and reportedly included charges by Bailey that Palin despised her job as governor and may have broken campaign election laws in 2006.
The 500-page manuscript also reportedly described a Palin deeply exasperated with her political opponents and the heightened attacks she faced after being tapped to be the GOP vice presidential nominee in 2008. Palin resigned as governor in July of 2009.
The book is also written by Jeanne Devon, a longtime critic of the former governor who publishes the anti-Palin blog Mudflats, and California author Ken Morris, who has written anti-Palin articles on his own website
When the manuscript was first leaked, a Palin spokesperson said the former Alaska governor was not going to respond to "this kind of untruth."

Don't worry Palin–as the Republican legislator said about his Planned Parenthood remarks, it's not meant to be taken literally.
Do we really need an expose' of Palin? Doesn't she expose her idiocy enough every time she opens her mouth?
As for breaking campaign laws, is it too late for an indictment and jail?
There is a suprise in this book? Nothing new that i've seen. Any body with half a brain could tell she was playing this all for the cash and fame.
Sigh. Given the pedigree of the ghost writers, the fundamentalist right will just dismiss it as yet another librul media hack job.
Although I despise Palin I have to ask why, with so much evidence that this woman is an opportunistic media hooker exploiting the culpability of the far right, can we not have an impartial expose? A chilling tell-all book? Really? We all know the truth here. Nothing more to tell. May I suggest the following simple narrative to be posted on a Wasila landmark. Let's save the mass printing costs in these tough economic times:
"Once upon a time, in the era of ignoramuses, there rose up one anointed as chief ignoramus who unsuccessfully sought to lead the free world. It soon became evident that she possessed little more than a fertile uterus and a pretty face. Her cranium was dark, empty and devoid of basic human smarts and intelligence. Yet, she rose in rank and prominence among the ignorati until her infamy and justifiable derision became unbearable, intolerable even for the dim wits. She was eventually banished to the Alaskan tundra to live out a life of cold, quiet isolation punctuated occasionally by her signature, plaintive moan, "Drill Baby. Drill." Her name was Sarah. Simple Sarah. The end!"
I wonder if she even knows the "Pledge of Allegiance".
Half- term Sarah the twitter teetin twit surveyor of Alaska will probably blame the "lame stream media". She will find someone to blame, maybe Loghner the liberal skin-head. I imagine the book will tell about how she surveyed "plots" in Alaska.

We know she has nothing upstairs....so when does she pose for Playboy? I'm sure that will fill her bank account and help satiate that need she has for self-promotion.
Oh, she'll respond, al right. It's not in her to keep her mouth shut if someone says anything she doesn't like, and it sounds like she won't like this book. It's OK for her to "write" a book criticizing everything and everyone, but when the shoe is on the other foot, look for Sarah to whine and complain about unfairness.

How about responding to THIS kind of TRUTH:
1. You quit your term as governor half-way through.
2. You said President Obama's health care reform bill legislated "death panels," when in fact you endorsed the same end-of-life counseling on April 16th 2008 as part of Alaska's "Healthcare Decisions Day."
3. You took a housing allowance from the State of Alaska when you lived in your own home.
Worst of all, you smirked when people at your 2008 rallies yelled "Kill him!" regarding then-candidate Barack Obama, and yet you call yourself a Christian.
All of the above are verifiable FACTS! Man up and address THOSE, Palin!

Much like the Bush derangement syndrome the left had for the former President, now the left has Palin Derangement syndrome. Here we have a Palin hater helping write a political hatchet hit piece against Palin hoping that the public won't notice that they are Palin haters, and rather hoping that the public will instead assume that since it written in a book, it must be true. It will be easy to deceive these people as they already want to hate her and therefore will not care if it is truth or not. Much like the Democrats that post on this website.
