Biden's wishful Trump thinking
Washington (CNN) - Vice President Joe Biden hopes real estate mogul Donald Trump tops the 2012 Republican presidential ticket.
At a fundraiser in Ohio, Biden said the next election will highlight the different visions between the Democratic and Republican parties.
"This is not your father's Republican Party," Biden said according to a pool report. "The Republicans this time are totally, and I don't mean this in a pejorative sense, are out of the closet. They are laying out for the first time what they are for and how they think they are going to deal with the problem. That's a debate I can hardly wait for – hopefully with Donald Trump."
Trump, star of "Celebrity Apprentice," has publically flirted with a bid for the White House.
Biden, who was in Cleveland to support Ohio Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown, said the upcoming debate about the budget and economy will translate into "things as simple as bumper stickers and as profound as the future of the country."

Like most Democrats, I hope to GOD that Trump does run! The ONLY Republican I fear is Romney, he is not a know nothing ignorant fool like palin, trump, bachmann and polenty...He is in NO WAY someone I want in the white house, but like I said, he is the only one I think that can give Obama a run for his money. I dont think Romney would win, but I think it would take up too much of Obamas time campaigning. If this moron trump or palin or huckabee or paul, or ANY of the others wins, then President Obama wont have to really campaign. It wouldnt be a real race.
Trump said he'd spend $600M of his own money to run for president. Donnie doesn't HAVE $600M in liquid (CASH & negotiable securities) and no FOOL is going to contribute to a Trump campaign so that "The Donald" can screw them out of their money as he has bragged about doing to Kadhafi and others.
Trump can't win and would NEVER risk $600M of his net worth (if he could put his hands on it) on the folly of running for President - a job that pays $400K per year.
The bulk of Trump's net worth is in real estate. In the wake of the financial collapse, I'm willing to bet those property assesments have DROPPED like a STONE. So, not only is Trump's money not liquid, I'll bet his self-stated Net Worth is overly inflated.
If only we could keep Biden awake during a major "speech" and put tape over his "potty mouth" when he is lucid. Do these so-called "Leaders" have any plans to major problems – Gas, Jobs, Debt, or do they just keep degrading anyone (BIOB) they can for the huge mistakes they have made over the last 2 years..

Oh geee!! It's a toss up for me. We have two clowns in Palin and Trump. The question I have to figure out is who would be more entertaining. I'm leaning towads Trump since Tina Fey is pregnant and probably would not be around to give us the laughs like the last election. Furthermore, Palins 15 minutes is down to 15 seconds, and Trump's ego is in serious need of a major deflation. It would be great if they both end up on the Republican ticket. Now that will be fun. 🙂

@ MJ – The GOP said when they had control of the House of Representatives they would make jobs their number one priority. What have they done so far? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on that front.... and please don't give my your lame trickle down reduce taxes BS. It's simply that and nothing more. Reagan did it and we had the recession of 90-92 after 12 years of Reagan-Bush. Bush II did it and we are living with that result right now. When else did we apply economics like that? Yes Mr. Vice President. The RethugliKKKlans loaned their sheets to the Tea Baggers; the Tea Baggers passed them down to the Birthers. By this time everyone decided that it was too damned hot to wear sheets and hoods,and they could get away with stripping them off and doing their misdeeds bare-faced. Who, after all, would DARE call them out for what they were?
Trump was stumped on the abortion question but I think it was more like a surprise for him asking himself "what do they know that I don't want them to know", Trump will find out if he runs there will be a lot of personal things that he thought were hidden that will come out, ask Palin.
...I sincerely believe we haven't seen the GOP presidential frontrunner....yet. I hope to God it is NOT Jeb Bush.

Government is not just another business. They are two different beasts. Biden, Boehner, Obama, etc. never claimed they could run a business well, why does Trump think so of government? Business if for profit in our system; government is for the "welfare of the people." To equate the two is foolishness and immature.
