Oprah asks Obama about birth certificate
(CNN)- President Obama chatted with friend and supporter Oprah Winfrey about today’s big revelation, that he is indeed a U.S. citizen.
Obama said he requested and released his long-form birth certificate to “see if we can put this to rest” and turn the conversation back to serious issues, not "carnival barkers who are going around trying to get attention instead of actually solving the problems."

Someone on MSNBC just called Trump a bad comb over in a clown suit, what a great description for this racist blight on America. The Republicans have no shame, and anyone who supports them, should also hang their heads in shame.

Remember, it is not his "Birth Certificate"; this is the 'long form' of the 'Certificate of Live Birth'. Further, do people realize the ramifications of the issue? I mean that's what the dems always contend, "It's the seriousness of the charge. (Whether there are any facts to back the charge or not; e.g., CBS's forged documents)". Anyway, if it's proven that he wasn't born in the States or one of its territories, then all Executive Orders, laws (appropriations and authorizations), orders sending troops into battle, etc. signed by him are null and void. Now, is that a constitutional crisis, or what?________________________________________

Get off the stupid campaign trail Obama and stay in DC and work on the problems that is facing this country. You are hurting the middle class and poor people with your green agenda and lack of working on jobs. Work instead of campaign for a "change".

If we follow the logic of the "Birthers" to its logical conclusion, then the only persons eligible to be President of the United States are American Indians. (So we have never had a legitimate president). These people do not understand the law or the Constitution. ANYONE born in the United States is an American citizen by law, therefore eligible to be elected president. This was clearly the intent of the founders, since many of them had parents or grandparents from other countries. This is still true today. Give it up already!
What makes this suspect is that Mr. President Obama took so long to produce it, when it could have been done long before now. I smell a conspiracy. And for Donald Trump – the guy is full of himself and need to go away and hide. He is not President material and is only good for the sleeze business he is involved in – NOT the President of the United States – His mentality and arrogance does not fit the bill.
