Trump's f-bomb tirade
(CNN) - Real estate mogul Donald Trump served up a profanity laced speech to Republican supporters in Las Vegas Thursday night, attacking American policies and continuing his flirtation with a run for the GOP presidential nomination.
At a reception hosted by two Republican women's groups at the Treasure Island Casino, Trump acknowledged he is not the typical candidate for president, and may lose in 2012, but is still serious about a bid for the White House.
"I'll think about it," Trump said when an audience member asked him to run. "You probably won't be disappointed."
Trump, who has said he will decide by June whether to run for president, also criticized the price of oil in his remarks, one of the mantras adopted by the reality TV star of late.
"They (OPEC) want to go in and raise the price of oil because we have nobody in Washington that sits back and says you're not going to raise that f-ing price, you understand me?" Trump said.
He also boiled down the war in Iraq for the conservative crowd.
"We build a school, we build a road. They blow up the road. They blow up the school. We build another school, we build another road, they blow them up," Trump said. "We build again, in the meantime we can't get a f-king school built in Brooklyn."
Trump, who was in the Silver State to attend the wedding of billionaire casino owner Steve Wynn, has spent the last two months questioning the president's birth place, an issue largely put to rest Wednesday when President Obama released the long-form version of the certificate.
Nevada may have an influential role in shaping the race for the GOP presidential nomination, with its caucus scheduled third in the primary and caucus calendar.
Trump – spouting off as usual, does not seem to realize that as the price of oil from the middle east has dropped – gas prices iin the US have risen. These gas prices are due to corporate policy.
Yeah, I used to be at least entertained by the guy and his TV show.. but now in my mind he might as well team up with Charlie Sheen.
is this the type of person we want running our country? he sounds like a street punk, being rude and crude to his audience. if he is serious about running he is going to need to read a book on "ettiquette for dummies" and get a complete makeover from someone who can teach him to be a gentleman who has compassion and respect for all. all foreign countries have got to be rolling around on the floor, laughing at a freakshow,compliments of Trump, that has become our political arena. the republicans have to be soooooooooo proud.

Don't blame Beck or many of the conservative talk radio hosts. They all dismissed the birther issue. Donald has been standing alone for the past few months, and he will be alone in the future too.

PS I say let him rant and rave. Looks like the previous sponsors of his crummy butt show are starting to pull out. I guess they don't want their product associated with this man. I think he needs to be examined by a doctor. And this is not a put down. I really think he has a problem and should be treated before it gets worst.
He might not be presidential material but he speaks the truth. I say the same thing when I come to CNN to get a lefty prospective on the state of the union. Also, I like to read all of the posts from Obama's blind flock.

The crazy thing is that there are now those who think that lowering oil prices is just this simple. I promise if he were President and did this it would do absolutely nothing. He is pandering to the uneducated with promises like this.
Does he really think he has a shot at the Presidency? He is by no means a stupid man, so he has to realize that he is crass, rude, abrasive, and downright offensive - just what we need right now in the White House!
We need to regain our dignity as a great nation - not pull our reputation down further. If Trump is the answer, we could save a lot of taxpayer campaign money and just put a Bozo nose on Mr. Trump.

Consider this. His popularity among registered Republicans burst on the scene like wild fire. What type of personality is attracted to the one Trump has put on display? Obviously, his words and delivery resonate with quite a number of people.
Wow, was thinking he may have something to offer if he runs for president, but after that speech I wouldn't let my kids listen to him.. I would rather keep Obama in office than have someone as obnoxious as him.
