Cindy McCain blasts Glenn Beck
(CNN)– Cindy McCain isn't a fan of conservative host Glenn Beck. The wife of Arizona GOP Sen. John McCain tweeted her disdain for the departing Fox News pundit Wednesday saying, "I'm so glad Glenn Beck is leaving Fox. Enough vitriol and hate."
And if Beck was confused about his role on the network, which he's often equated with being an entertainer, Mrs. McCain sought to clear it up.
"Glenn, you are no rodeo clown," she said. "They are decent and nice. You aren't."
Beck might count two McCains with hard feelings since Meghan McCain later retweeted her mother's comments to over 107,000 followers. Cindy McCain has just under 6,000. Later, Meghan McCain sent a tweet of her own: "Does anyone know if Glenn Beck has daughters?"
Beck announced his split with Fox News in April, but will continue to develop and produce a variety of television projects to air on the channel, according to a joint statement. His daily show will end later this year.

Why didn't the McCain women have as much intelligence when it came to picking Palin as the VP running mate? Palin almost virtually lost the race for McCain, although being the geezer he is, his stance on governing policies didn't help.
Beck is a rancid tub of lard,.. good riddance,.. Palin and Hannity are next.
Glenn Beck has done more to fuel hatred in this country than any other person alive or dead.
Beck is a Koch-head, and has been in their back pocket for years. He's a (former) drug addict and alcoholic who claims to be for "honor" without demonstrating any in his own life.
I wholeheartedly agree with Mrs. McCain. I have never been able to stand listening to the tripe that Beck spouts out on his daily telecast on Fox. Good bye to a boring hour.
I like Cindy McCain and her daughter. In fact I like them more than John McCain, the brains in the family are in the women. They are my kind of conservatives.
Cindy certainly has a lot more sense than that stupid old man husband of hers. She should take her millions and leave him yelling at the clouds.
I'm not sure why there is bad blood between the McCains and Glen Beck, but if Cindy McCain truly dislikes Beck's vitriolic style, then all power to her. We all need to learn to disagree without being disagreeable.

I couldn't agree more. I'm glad someone has the guts to stand up and tell the truth. Glen Beck is a hate mongol and should be ashamed of himself. People like him give good people a bad name. Not only that, he bends the truth and takes things completely out of context. Good riddance to trash.

The only real question about Beck is who can listen to him for more than 30 seconds, or read his books. It's all nonsense, a hate-filled waste of time.

I wonder how Beck has any follower left. He seems to be bent on rewriting history and using conspiracies to prove his points. This sounds like taking a slightly silly point to an extreme. I guess that it why most people only take him seriously when he tries to influence the fool hardy which there are many here in this country.
Cindy McCain should get her news from Public Broadcasting Stations or CNN News.
If there were more Republicans like Meghan McCain and Cindy McCain the Republican Party might gain back a little respect. I have absolutely no respect for the current Republican Party.
