JUNEAU, Alaska (CNN) - Some highlights from the 24,000 pages of e-mails from Sarah Palin's governorship, released Friday by Alaska state officials:
"Hi again – another head's up: If all goes according to (Track's!) plans, he'll be enlisting in the US Army, active duty, tomorrow. He doesn't want any publicity on this, tho it sounds like a Seattle media person already called bc [because] it may be that there aren't many, or any, US Govs who have a son recently enlisting. I warned him that the media may make a little deal out of it, but we don't desire such a thing bc Track is enlisting for his own right reasons and he's just anxious to go serve (without any publicity). And I'm proud of him for doing so. Thanks! And pray for mama's strength through this! :)"
- Palin announcing her son's decision to join the military to top staff, September 10, 2007
I love to read about palin, but think she's an idiot. However, she does deserve the respect to not have her emails published.
"And pray for Mama's strength through this!" -- What happened to "pray for my son who is going to war", or "pray
for all of the troops who are in harm's way", or "pray for our Country and those willing to serve at this dangerous
time", etc etc etc
There you have it, teaturds, your Queen is in the Parlour, praying for herself.
"Every rock that can be turned over, has been...." Proof that she certainly did crawl out from under a rock.
And "the beat goes on".
Oh, the horror! File charges!
/sarcasm
She said "pray"! That is so insensitive!
So, we have several wars raging, like Libya and now Yemen, we have high unemployment, high deficits, the debt ceiling debate, the falling dollar, and many more issues, yet the press seems to think that the most important thing to do right now is thumb through 24,000 papers reading e-mails in the hopes to find something condemning to play some more "gotcha" politics. No wonder the media is not trusted anymore as a reliable source of information.
I sorry...but as a stone hard democrat, I find publicizing this, distrubing
Well, as long as she can find a way to make any situation about herself, it's all good.
But I do have to lay some serious criticisms on news outlets for spending so much time on trivia. Watching them milk Wiener for all its worth is bad enough. And so was that sentence. But until Sarah Palin and Fox News part ways, contractually, she isn't a presidential candidate. She is a pundit, and nothing more. As long as news outlets continue to give her free advertisement, I want them to stop asking why she's so important. Seriously guys. Stop this.
with all the libs helping read Palin's emails, major crime will drop this weekend. too bad not all libs know how to read.
with all the liberals helping read Palin's emails, there will be less crime commited.....too bad not all liberals can read.
And their prayers were answered – The family wanted her to STAY HOME and be a MOM, so she QUIT being governor!!! Prayer is a wonderful thing, isn't it!! But maybe they should have preyed harder – she's still "running the streets."
I wonder how the Alaskans are feeling knowing that Palin also QUIT living in her state that she loves so well just to enhance her "chances" to run for President???? I guess living in Alaska was not good enough for her to MOVE ON!!! It would be hilarious if Sarah does not even win her own state IF – and that's a BIG IF – she ever gets the chance to run for President!!!
That sort of sounds more like her idiot blabbering. She forgot to add that for her son it was either jail or the Army and why.
As always it's her world and she thinks we believe her and what she does.
Without any publicity? Wow she and the hillbillly family have come a long way haven't they?
I am glad Bill Maher sees her move to AZ as I do. The she devil moves to AZ (to probably continue her failed political career) and the state turns into an inferno.
