It's up to the voters of New York. And why are the Dems so eager to throw Weiner under the bus? Did it ever occur to them that this is exactly what the Repubs want you to do?

Weiner exercised poor judgment but, unlike Ensign, Vitter and Sanford, he DIDN'T BREAK THE LAW!

Dems, stop playing into the hands of the Repubs!

This lib must agree. In my opinion Chris Lee should not have resigned for a shirtless photo soliciting 'hos from Craigslist, that is between him and his wife. Same with underwear shot, Mr. Weiner, you were not recognizable to 99.9% of the American public.

However, today's pic of your "disco stick" does "rise" to the definition of conduct unbecoming a Congressional member.

Tip: Next time, better lighting may make the entire photo shoot more flattering, today's version had a certain grainy peepshow quality, kinda creepy actually.

Too bad for Mr. Weiner. He was a formidable and effective political foe and had a great political future ahead of him. But who could take him seriously now? He lost all credibility when he lied about it and made a public spectacle of himself. I think self-preservation is the word? Maybe the dems will just eliminate his district so they can ALL save face. Either way, he's done for now. You know what they say about politics: the only things that can kill you in politics is a live boy or a dead girl so maybe he'll live to fight another day. What a waste!

I guess they never read that "He who is without sin...." passage. Republicans can forgive Gingrich for his "patriotic duty" to commit adultery, asking his wife to sign divorce papers in the hospital where she was begin treated for cancer, hypocritically accusing Clinton of sexual harassment while Gingrich was committing the exact same behavior, and lets not forget the $300,000 fines for unethical conduct! Then there's Craig, Vitter, Burton, and the ever arrogant Tom Delay! But Democrats are too sanctimonious to forgive Weiner for trying to cover up posting photos that were actually less explicit than I've seen during the "family hour" on TV. Please! Don't we have something more important to worry about than this nonsense?

Anthony Weeiner did a very stupid, childish arrogant and yes adolescent impulsive act. Republicans have no right to call Mr. Wiener a creep when Mr. John Ensign was not asked to resign by his own party. Wiener has not done anything illegal. If he resigns it should be between he and his wife and not the media or the creepy republicans that come out of the rotten woodwork for the termites that they are. As for Mr Briebart, he's just a stinking republican who is a blackmailer. I would love to see him release photos and then be prosecuted as a blackmailer. I know I for one, will be calling for justice if that boy makes that move. Blackmailers are thieves and bullies and I don't know of anyone who cares for a bully unless they are of course a stinkin' republican!!

Dear Mr. Weiner, I was a fan and I had high hopes for you in Political office, however, in view of the recent relevations, it seems that you have a problem with pervastion. I am hearing that your wife is pregnant, it is time for you to get your house in order and concentrate on your own personal life. The internet is a powerful instrument but, it can also be very destructive. I encourage you to resign, and consentrate on your family and what is truly important in this world.

This clown is not representative of the democrats, or the nation. This (so called democrat), needs to resign, and if he fails to do so, he needs to be recalled by the people in his congressional district. Just looking at this idiot creeps me out. He's never going to be taken as a leader, let alone a law maker.

  12. Republicans Are The American Taliban

Funny that those Democrats calling for his resignation are those "blue dog" Democrats, that vote with Republicans at every turn. CNN might make mention of that fact in their expert analysis.

What I don't understand is WHY OH WHY doesn't the GOP demand that Senator Vitter of Louisiana RESIGN. Oh wait, I know, the GOP only demand that Democrats resign, but the rules DON'T apply to the GOP!

Congressman Anthony Weiner may come under an ethics investigation into the Anthony Weiner Twitter photo scandal. Nancy Pelosi, has asked for a query to be started to the matter. Pelosi is House Minority Leader, and one of Weiner's fellow Democrats. Weiner has confessed after strenuous denials that he was the man in the image, which he had taken. Here is the proof: Anthony Weiner Twitter controvery may result in ethics probe, The photo scandal has put his reputation at stake. The public will never stop asking for the truth. Indeed, everybody deserved to know the truth. I think it would be hard for him to regain his constituents' trust. It was a very good idea of Ms. Nancy Pelosi to start the said investigation. Anthony Weiner must be responsible enough to face the consequences of his undecent actions.

Excellent... He can share poster space with tax cheat Charlie Rangel and influence peddler Maxine Walker. Democrats have now expanded there party brand from corruption and tax evasion, to perversion. WAY TO GO!!

EGADS, that picture is freaking me out!!! Looks like Weiner is psycho!!! I hope he doesn't go postal when everybody keeps asking him about his x-rated weiner pic floating around the internet.

Democrats love to throw each other under the bus because they concern themselves with what others will say. Republicans celebrate their pigs who actually have sex with prostitutes and welcome them back into congress with a standing ovation. Democrats need to grow a pair, otherwise they will just keep losing those who used to support them.
