Third Muslim-American radicalization hearing focuses on al-Shabaab

Washington (CNN) - Al-Shabaab, the al Qaeda-affiliated militant group in Somalia, has recruited more than 40 Muslim-Americans and 20 Canadians, U.S. Rep. Peter King is set to say Wednesday as he opens a third congressional hearing on Muslim-American radicalization.

Wednesday's hearing of the House Committee on Homeland Security will focus on al-Shabaab and the results of a committee investigation into the threat it poses to the United States, King, a New York Republican, plans to say, according to a transcript of his opening statement provided in advance. "The committee has been briefed by intelligence agencies and we have interviewed dozens of experts on al-Shabaab," the statement said.

Now, now Peter... Everybody knows muslims are peace loving people except for a small minority composed of roughly 10-50 million people. Why all the worry? But these hearings could be quite informative to the Democrats, who thought al-Shabaab was the Tuesday special at the middle east restuarant they frequent.

Rep. King reports that 60 people have been "radicalized." This is his third round of hearings into "muslim radicalization." Fine, let him do his thing just as long as he is fair and balanced about it.

He should hold some hearings regarding "right wing radicalization." We have already had more than 60 people members of Congress submit to signed oaths and are now trying to destroy our countries economy. They have taken millions of poor and middle class Americans hostage to foist upon all of us their radical right wing social engineering.
