Obama signs FAA extension bill
(CNN) - President Barack Obama signed legislation Friday temporarily restoring full funding to the Federal Aviation Administration, breaking a political impasse and allowing roughly 4,000 furloughed federal employees to return to work.

Remember that Congress didn't give a ra tsass about you ,FAA. Congress left town, and in turn, knowingly left you hanging. Remember in 2012 who stepped up for you allowing you to go back to work – Obama.

That's not precisely true. Given the delay of the debt ceiling bill, which clearly (and unfortunately) had to take precedence, Reid pretty much immediately pivotted to demanding that this be resolved, sending a letter to Boehner about it and proposing that they reach some sort of compromise, even if was a short term one such that they woul dhave to resolve the issue when they return in September. CNN and the rest of the MSM are sweeping that letter under the rug to bolster their false equivalency narrative.

Bottomline is if you you want government that WORKS, elect Republicans in 2012.

It was their "job" to tack on a union busting provision to a routine, ministerial bill in an attempt to protect Delta, the last non-unionized airline, from a National Mediation Board decision and then try to give themselves cover for it by closing a bunch of airports in rural Dem districts so they wold have a ready-made distraction argument when the Senate refused to pass it, i.e., claiming that it was blocked solely because the Dems wanted to protect their wasteful rural airports in order to shift focus away from their union-busting, give the MSM something to latch onto to claim a false equivalency and hopefully allow them to blame the Dems for the furloughs?
That was their "job"?
