McDonnell open to V.P. slot
(CNN) - Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell on Sunday did not rule out serving in the No. 2 spot on the Republican ticket in 2012.
Although McDonnell, who currently serves as chairman of the Republican Governors Association, said the pick will be "somebody else's decision" and is still months away, he left the door open.
"If somebody called and said you could help your country, help your ticket, I think any of us would think about it," McDonnell said on NBC's "Meet the Press."

I heard this confederate fool on Meet the Press this morning. He couldn't even come 1/4 of the way to agree on anything with the Governor from Mass (D). It was all about bashing the president.

Choreographed bickering intended to divide the public along hot button issues still works unfortunately. I realized wrestling wasn't real before I started junior high. Too bad so many voting age Americans fall for the act hook, line, and sinker keeping us divided along "party' lines and easy to control. Democrats and Republicans are destroying America, we need to reject both!

Virginians would be relieved to see McDonnell leave Va., but at the expense of our Nation it wouldn't be worth it. With our term limits in Va he's done anyway.

While GOP is struggling to get No 1, this man is offering himself as No 2. Does he understand that we start counting from 1 and NOT 2 and go back to 1!
It figures THIS governor will want a 2nd spot to a bunch of candidates who are LOSERS... That makes McDonnell a LOSER too. We supposedly have a $300 million dollar surplus and NO ONE knows where that money went or where it is going. Teachers are still laid off and our roads and bridges are CRAP and need to be worked on... County/school workers have not had a raise in three years; school district workers had to give up 2% of their salary. Are we in a surplus because many state/county workers, including teachers, lost their jobs? were laid off.
So I guess THIS governor has a lot to offer as a VP of a losing candidate!!!
