Source: Congress to issue 'Fast and Furious' subpoenas
Washington (CNN) - Congressional investigators intend to issue subpoenas seeking communications from several top Justice Department officials - including Attorney General Eric Holder - relating to the discredited "Fast and Furious" federal gunrunning operation, according to a source close to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
The subpoenas also cover communications from Holder chief of staff Gary Grindler and Lanny Breuer, head of the department's criminal division, the source said.

It does not matter if you like Eric Holder or not, the "Fast and Furious " operation was a screw-up of epic proportions. Somebody's head is going to roll because of this and it sure looks like it is going to be Holder's.

The extreme rightwing hypocrisy here is stunning. Actual war crimes and illegal politicization of the DOJ and the right sits on its hands and remains silent. Yet given a chance to make up facts regarding F&F, or misinterpret facts to suit their preconceived notions they jump for subpoenas, investigations and impeachment proceedings.
About time, this guy was an incompetent hack and should never have been confired. But then how would Obama know being inept and incompetent, as well as corrupt himself..
