Congress subpoenas 'Fast and Furious' documents
Washington (CNN) - Congressional investigators issued a subpoena Wednesday for communications from several top Justice Department officials - including Attorney General Eric Holder - relating to the discredited "Fast and Furious" federal gunrunning operation.
The subpoena, issued by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, also covers communications from Holder's chief of staff, Gary Grindler, and Lanny Breuer, head of the department's criminal division.

Update me when the convictions are handed out. These DOJ "officials" are not above the law. What they did was wrong and they should be tried and held accountable for the murder of US and foreign citizens.
Republicans have had a hair in the wrong place ever since Nixon and Agnew both had to resign in utter disgrace. They have been looking to get even with a Democratic president ever since.
So does anyone really think that these killings would not have happened with some other guns if there was no "Fast and Furious"? They proved what they wanted to prove – that guns from the U.S. were ending up in the hands of cartel members. Issa has been after this administration like a pit bull since he won his seat. There is nothing in this "scandal".
It's about time with all the corruption in the Obama administration. Subpoena them, prosecute them and put them in prison.

Yawn- Let me know Issa when you go after the real criminals, Bush and Cheney for torture, the deaths of 125,000 innocent Iraqis and 6,000 American servicemen. Until that point Issa, you are just grandstanding about a "Gun Walking" program started under the Bush Dept. of Justice.

Sorry I did not think I will write this! What is wrong with GOP? Why should they have interest to insist Eric Holder should be hang up there to dry, while they don't care at all the rest of their fellow Americans who have no job,nothing to eat, bridge scrambling, schools falling apart. I was totally disappointed yesterday to hear Republican senators have voted down the Presidents Job Act. How on earth they dared to do so????? What are people who are suffering thinking about them? It is really absurd!
Ahhhhh, so he IS a victim. Because last week he was all about contempt for people with a victim mentality who play the race card. Yeah, it's always different when it's about you.

Good luck with that one. If bad decisions are worth putting someone in jail for, then I guess I'm heading since I voted for Reagan back in '80 and started this whole mess.
It's sad to know that people like Holder and Obama run this country. Agent Brian Terry was murdered because of this corrupt administration. Pretty darn sad when Holder and Obama are worried about their own butts and couldn't care less that one of our agents was murdered.
Holder either lied about when he knew about this OR he was woefully unaware of what was going on right under his nose. In either case, he has to go.
Funny when Obama decided to forgo monumental crime of deceit committed by Bush/Chaney lies for Iraq war which cost us 5000 plus lives and trillion$... all for the sake of uniting the country so we can focus on dismal economy created andn left by Bush. Now GOP thugs want to prosecute something they had started. NRA should be defending Obama. Poor Drug Lords would be using knives if it wasnt for this program?
