Obama re-election hits 1 million donors
Washington (CNN) – President Barack Obama's re-election campaign reached a self-proclaimed milestone Monday receiving financial contributions from 1 million grassroots donors.
To signal this achievement, "2012 One Million Strong" is the new slogan that appears on the official campaign website. Positioned below that is an interactive ticker that tracks the number of grassroots donations received so far this cycle.
The campaign sent an e-mail from the president to supporters earlier Monday in anticipation of this accomplishment saying, "When you give, you're not just becoming one of the first million to help fund this campaign - you're representing millions more across the country who are counting on us."
"We've always relied on each other, not Washington lobbyists or corporate interests, to build our campaign," the statement continued.

So just how many of those were donations made from non traceable pre-paid debit cards ?
What else can you do than donate. There's no other way to stop repubs from taking us into feudalist slavery. I love this country too much to let it sink into third world.

These polls are so misleading. Most intelligent people out there know Congress has only one mission and that is to make Obama a one term president even though our economy is sinking and people need jobs. All we need to do in 2012 is get rid of ALL the trouble makers and send them a message that they are THERE to work for US the people. Boehner, Cantor, McConnell and TP take notice because we are going to hold you accountable in the polls and you won't be able to scare people anymore.

I really don't think it matters how many people donate, Obama has messed up big time. I voted for him and will not do it again. The country is in shambles, and all he does is drive around on my tax payer money and campaign. I thought being the president meant that you have to work? Not just golf and camaign.
All of those clowns on the GOP side combined could not get one million people to donate to their campaigns. Obama really is unpopular, isn't he? Not. Bring it on folks.

So all the donations that have been collected have been paying for the TV ads, circulations, phone calls, etc? Sorry, I don't buy that for one minute. I don't buy it coming from the Democrats, and I certainly don't buy that if it came from the Republicans.

I donated every two weeks. I have never volunteered for a political campaign but I am going to for his. The Congressional Republicans have not done anything to improve anything. The GOP is the party of NO leadership, NO ideas and NO plans. This was even confirmed by Sen. McCain who said that the Republicans jobs bill was only in reaction to President saying they did not have one. They should have had several versions of a jobs bill ready to go from the day they were given control of the House. I want some to tell me what the heck have they been doing. I see no results from the Republicans.
