Allred and another Cain accuser to hold news conference
Washington (CNN) - Famed defense attorney Gloria Allred says another woman who alleges she was sexually harassed by Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain will go public in a news conference in New York on Monday.
Three women have alleged Cain harassed them when they worked for the National Restaurant Association while he headed the group in the 1990s. Allred said that the woman she will appear with at the news conference isn't one of those three.
"Ms. Allred's client will be the first to give her name and to speak out about details of what she alleges occurred between her and Cain," the attorney said in a news release.
Cain has vehemently denied committing sexual harassment.
Allred says the alleged harassment took place when her client sought Cain's help with an employment issue while she was working at the association.

Gloria Allred is more like an agent than an attorney. Anyone hiring her is looking for photo ops and book deals. I have no idea if Cain is guilty or innocent, but the claimants agreed to settlements and non-disclosure pacts, so they must've thought their cases were not strong enough for convictions. Enough already...it's now only political theater. Hiring Allred merely reinforces the tabloid element of the situation and saps any credibility the claimants may have had.

Has there ever been a woman with a broken fingernail that Ms Allred has not represented? Everytime there is a cause for women, Allred comes forward with a victim.
Gloria Allred is a smart attorney ... she would NOT have accepted this claimant as a client, if there was not credible evidence to the validity of the woman's claim.
The fact that they hired Allred shows they are full of it.
Whether or not this claim is valid, whenever Gloria Allred get involved, it becomes extremely suspect.

Why would anyone doubt the likelihood of Cain's guilt – the arrogance, machoism, cocky confidence and self-centeredness are all there and conducive. Yes, "Innocent until proven guilty" but then also "where there is smoke, there is fire", especially when where there is plenty of fuel.

Yup, its now been confirmed. They don't care whether anything is actually true or not, they are simply trying to cash in on an opportunity...

He is toast. He should have addressed this and been honest from the beginning. Sexual harassment is degrading to all women. Sometimes they don't come out right away for the same reasons that victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse do not come out. They feel shamed and humiliated. And the way this ignorant man tries to brow beat anyone who even mentions it, for the entire world to see, I can only imagine how he must have made these women feel. Usually where there's smoke, there's fire. This is four accusations and I would bet there are more out there. Haven't we been lied to enough by politicians? Who really wants to elect another one who is already lying to the public?
This is becoming overblown because Mr.Cain did not just say that a suit was filed and give the result. No need to name names, just give the verdict. People just need to tell the truth before the whole situation becomes a media event.
That being said, I am a little suspicious because the third woman has hired a lawyer who will make a sensation out of the case even where there is none. If it is a case of verbal wrongdoing then just tell it like it is and get Mr. Cain to give his side of the story. Let;s not assume he is guilty, make rude remarks, or go on a rant. We need to know both sides.
Tell me this is not politically motivated!? When Ms. Gloria gets involved; oh well, what can I say? I really wonder how much $$ the Democratic (NObama) administration is passing onto her. I agree with ADC; when Ms. Gloria gets involved it all becomes extremely suspect.
Oh well... Expect that and more from this administration. And, to top it all off, Mr. Cain is only a presidential candidate. Can we imagine all the attacks if he became the Republican nominee. The Democrats have said they intend to destroy anyone that dares to run against our clueless/do-nothing president.
I guess Ms. Gloria is not part of the 99%.

Isn't it amazing how suddenly after Cain becomes the front runner that these accusations come out!! Where were these women when he sarted running??? I guess you get more publicity and MONEY when its a front runner!!!!. And Allred she's in it for the publicity and hopes of a payoff,plain and simple.. I think someone should trace the money and accusations back and find out where it started,Perry maybe???when you are losing badly I guess you resort to dirtbag politics like a typical conservative will always do....
Time to jump on the gravy train! Anyone who knows Cain better jump on now. I don't put much credence in these allegations until some real details come forward – just because a celebrity attorney says so, doesn't make it true – remember the Duke lacrosse case. Not saying it isn't true, but how many women would fabricate a story if there is a possibility a big payday is in their future. Why are all these women just now coming forward? Is it because the money is right? Wouldn't just ONE of these women have filed a complaint when it happened?
Is Allred still alive. Im sure there are some other worth while defendants to represent. Does she only represent women. Really. As far as I am concerned, if she is the attorney, it probably has no basis and is about money and publicity. Haven't heard her doing anything else have we.
Don't just throw out accusations, come forward do not hide behind anonymity and face the one you accuse or is that to much to ask.
