Allred and another Cain accuser to hold news conference
Washington (CNN) - Famed defense attorney Gloria Allred says another woman who alleges she was sexually harassed by Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain will go public in a news conference in New York on Monday.
Three women have alleged Cain harassed them when they worked for the National Restaurant Association while he headed the group in the 1990s. Allred said that the woman she will appear with at the news conference isn't one of those three.
"Ms. Allred's client will be the first to give her name and to speak out about details of what she alleges occurred between her and Cain," the attorney said in a news release.
Cain has vehemently denied committing sexual harassment.
Allred says the alleged harassment took place when her client sought Cain's help with an employment issue while she was working at the association.

Gloria Allred is pretty much a has-been lawyer. Pretty good in the 80s, now not so much. Don't know what this means unless a civil suit is filed. Whoever this woman is, I think she's just going after name value and nothing else. We shall see.

Once the first story broke, Cain should have come clean and apologized for his past indiscretions. Since he seemed to want to cover it up or discredit the facts, he has severely damaged his credibility as a viable candidate. Step aside, Herman – your personal history does not compare with the other black candidate in the election.
This is a politically motivated attack by Feminists against Mr. Cain. This attack would not occur if he was not running for the GOP presidential nomination. Due to this I find the accusation suspect since there is a political agenda involved.
Gloria "I can't wait to get in front of the camera" Allred. It was only a matter of time before she surfaced. Allred is partisan and did the same thing when Scharwznegger was running for Governor of California. If Cain were a Liberal Democrat this would not be happening.
Time for the Koch brothers to find someone else to do their bidding, and for the GOP to get behind Romney.

Settling for 80 thousand in 1990 money instead of fighting the sexual harassment claims = Cain guilty.
Forced to resign his head position in the NRA immediately afterwards without fufilling his 3 year term = Cain guilty.
Allred is a publicity hound for sure. However with another one coming forward, Cain's numbers will drop even more (down 9% in a new poll). Buh bye Herm
Cain can't say "case closed" because he has no say in it. From what the former pollster for the NRA said, he witnessed Cain making the sexual advances and that a lot of people knew about it. Isuspect that this story may have a lot more players before it's over. That now makes four women, and no matter whether politically motivated or not, it is not something he can ignore when details are bound to come out.
These sexual harassment claims still won't help Romney's or Perry's poll numbers.
Must be a republican ploy to get Cain out of the race...he was never taken seriously , but now that he is up there in numbers , they have to do something to get him out.....they eat their own, when it serves a purpose. For those that feel they need to blame the dems , what a funny assumption, the best thing to happen to the GOP is to run someone like Cain or Perry . Neither have what it takes to go against Obama. Romeny the only candidate that would make it a close race.

It's not so much about the accusations at this point. It's about his inept ability to handle the issue. He can not dictate to the press what he will and will not answer. As I've said before, Mr. Cain is out of his league. Whether or not he is guilty of a specific claim, he has "joked" or been "taken out of context" too many times since he started this journey to be taken seriously as a candidate for the most powerful office in the world. This is only the last kick in the behind before he's shown the door.

I would think that any one with half a mind would have seen through this guy when he got caught on the "settlement" issues. I said there wasn't an "agreement", and "agreement" and a "settlement" are not the same thing. Playing the word games that those of his ilk know so well. Are you really fooled by this joe public? If so, shame on you.

Don't just throw out accusations, come forward do not hide behind anonymity and face the one you accuse or is that to much to ask.
Wow LIzzie! Maybe you should revisit the whole issues, you obviously missed the part about being REQUIRED TO SIGN A CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT as part of the settlement/agreement. The one that came out and made a partial statement, not wanting to put herself into the public eye to be verbaly slaughtered by the right, met with her lawyer and the National Restaurant Association (the people who paid the settlement). No hiding here, not matter what lies you chose to tell about it.

I know this is true because good, reliable, and stable people such as Anne Coulter & Rush Limbaugh said so. After all, Republicans never do anything wrong and we should be concentrating on the issues anyway. However, if you're a liberal and you mess up, watch out! Some of you seem to miss one very important detail. Allred is a defense attorney. The woman who is coming forward, right or wrong, is assuming that the Republican response might just be to file a lawsuit. Getting an attorney that loves the spotlight more than most of the candidates may defuse that situation a bit.
The Republicans don't need another big name Republican involved in a high profile sex scandal with an election looming. On the bright side for them, this one is hetrosexual, at least.

ok- first off, this is NOT coming to light all of a sudden by these women. They signed a confidentiality agreement, and settled, HOWEVER, once the accusations and case were brought out by politico, cain went on National tv calling these women liars, and the claims baseless! They have a right to defend themselves against his attacks on them!! They clearly were harrased, as you can tell by the pitiful excuses that cain has come up with. I believe 6 stories within a 6 hour time frame??? COME ON! He did it, and instead of stating this was settled and a confidentiallity agreement was signed and he will NOT comment, he LIED, he called the claims baseless, and lies. Really???
