Deficit committee still talking
Washington (CNN) - Members of the congressional committee created to craft a bipartisan deficit reduction deal continued working into the weekend despite growing pessimism over their inability so far to reach agreement.
Republican committee members held a conference call Saturday morning, a senior GOP aide said. The aide declined to describe the discussions.

They are talking on tax payer money , tax payer money nothing for them
Talking to a republican is a lot like trying to reason with a pig. They just don't understand that America is made up of a majority who do not make over a million dollars a year.
The Liberal hate-mongers continue to spew their empty words against the GOP while their Congressional Democrats refuse to compromise on their insatiable spending!
If the Super Committee remains at an impasse, Obama will take some serious heat. Throughout this process, his primary involvement has centered on divisive rhetoric and stirring the pot class envy. Under his watch, our "Great Uniter" has created "The Divided States of America!

Nothing will take effect until 2013, it is a sham.
The goverment employees get paid a lot of money and do not get the job done .Think about all the people that have worked very hard and have run out of Unemployment Ins not fault of their own , Get the job done I am sure you and youer familys will have a wonderfull holiday as you do not have to worrie about money .After all the Tax payers pay you wages right ? have a wonderfull holiday and when you open the very expensive gift and have you holiday functions .I do hope you thinking for the people that cant put food on the table .
It does not really matter anymore. The entire government system is totally corrupt and screwed up.
The US has become a classic banana republic. They should all be voted out.
Democrats continue to try to cut spending by spending more. Even a grade school child knows that is counter-productive. I don't believe that they want a deal. Instead, I predict that they will continue trying to blame Republicans for their own failure to lead.
Dole is still walking....ha...work on inflation, gas, milk is way up...idiots...sack full of dollars, hand full of commodities,...????shame..shame..America, fix it
