GOP senator calls for changing automatic spending cuts
Washington (CNN) - Republican Sen. Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania called Sunday for reconfiguring the automatic spending cuts required by Congress due to last week's failure by the special joint deficit reduction committee to reach a deal.
Toomey, a member of the so-called "super committee," told the ABC program "This Week" that he wanted to change the formula for making $1.2 trillion in budget cuts mandated under legislation passed in August.

Sure, Pat, as soon as you and your deathcult members agree to care for the needy and not just the needy. It's really easy: just follow the will of the vast majority of Americans and end the Bush tax cuts on the filthy rich and enact the millionaires tax. See how easy that is? Even you low-information goose-steppers should be able to understand and follow this simple idea.
Member of the The Supercommittee were not willing or able to work together for the country and find the solutions...and the deal was
that if Congress and the White House cannot govern for the people Washington goes into automatic mode...namely "Robots will take over....."Got it"
As an ex-pat living in Canada ... we're paying attention to what is happening to ensure our absentee votes in November 2012 are not wasted votes. President Obama, we're watching ... don't give in on the GOP on this matter. If Mr. Toomey wanted to change the configuration of the cuts, then it should have come as a recommendation from the full super-committee ... not one lone wolf Republican senator.
The Repucklicans outsmarted themselves and now they want to change the rules!! The GLOP thought they had cornered Obama and the Democrates and now realize they screwed themselves!! The rich are now going to pay
thier fair share and the GOP sacred cow (defense spending) will take big cuts!! The Democrates do not have to
accept any changes to get everything they want and the GOP will have to make major concessions to get anything!!

Mr Toomey- you do not get to re-write the rules because you were unable to do your job.
Alaska Palin- DADT- did not defeat our military – it brought it into the 21st century and in line with every civilized nation on earth, We don't need more funding, we need fewer corporate wars like Iraq. And Obama did not start our unfunded war- Bush and Cheney did. But that's OK because Bush's oil buddies and Cheney's Halliburton made billions form it, so I guess it's OK.
