More mental exams for White House shooting suspect

Washington (CNN) - A doctor who examined the young Idaho man accused of attempting to assassinate President Barack Obama says the suspect is mentally competent to stand trial, federal prosecutors said in a court filing Monday.

But the prosecutors called for more extensive testing of Oscar Ortega-Hernandez, and a competency hearing was scheduled for December 12.

If someone took pot shots at the White House with a Republican in office, the neo-con blogosphere would label the suspect a "terrorist" and have him tried in a military court in Guantanomo Bay.

So. Where's the neo-con outrage now? The suspect alledgedly took pot shots at the White House when the POTUS was not there, and so it couldn't have been an assassination attempt. Someone committed an act to raise fear and terror. Isn't this suspect a terrorist who shouldn't be tried in civilian court?

this doesn't have anything to do with this subject matter, but it has been anounced that Joseph Stalins sister died
recently. You mean she was allowed to live in the U.S being the daughter of a murderer of millions of people and
Germans from world war 2, such as Rudolph Hess were murdered and their graves desicrated. Stalin raped women
and murdered innocent Germans. U.S should be ashamed.
