Europe debt crisis threatens Obama campaign

New York (CNNMoney) - There's a political drama playing out right now that could make President Obama's path to re-election much more difficult.

And no, it's not the frantic campaigning in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina. It's the debt crisis gripping Berlin, Paris and Madrid.

yep what's going on over in Europe is Obama's fault as well. I'm sure those on the right will figure out a way to blame him for it anyway.

I actually think the European crisis is going to help the President's re-election campaign. Americans need to wake up and realize that we live in a GLOBAL economy. The actions taken by the Fed and the central banks are necessary to prevent a crash on the same level of Lehman Brother's which will undoubtedly cause another recession. So regardless of what Rick Perry thinks of Mr. Bernanke, precautionary measures need to be taken. I'm just glad Willard isn't President. Because you know his motto: Let them fail!

Too bad that too many people do not understand that the global economy is very different from the global economy of the Reagan years of the '80s, or the Clinton years of the '90s for that matter. In those days, the mention of the phrase global economy and most people thought of OPEC. Most global manufacturing and trade was between Europe, USA, a growing Japanese economy, and the oil producing/exporting countries.

There are significant new players on the stage today. Manufacturing has moved to where the growing consumer markets are in southern and eastern Asia. There are more than four times as many consumers there than the US and Europe combined. The old economic ties between US and Europe have become economic chains or burden. They rose together. Their fates are intertwined in such a way that they will either survive together or fail together.

Most Americans do not understand any of this and we have politicians who work to ensure that they never will.

Fear not President Obama. You have been tried, and continue to be tested but you walk in the path of righteousness and are protected by He who is most divine.

Come on. Germany is the one bailing out other European countries. So saying they have a debt problem is a falsehood. Yes German has debt but it is not as bad as other countries. The connection between Europe's debt and US elections is considerably weak making this argument more or less irrelevant.

Before the election, the republican attack-dogs will try to blame Obama for Europes problems, along with the U.S. problems created by the GOP.

The Euro Debt Crisis is NOT the primary issue plaguing Obama's re-election bid! HIS RECORD of abysmal failure is! For example, today, first time jobless claims rose again. This is a key indicator because the hire of "seasonal workers" typically gives the impression that unemployment rates have declined. Not so with Bozo.

The core of Obama's problems lie in his ideological zeal to model the American Economy under a Euro-Socialism structure. His re-election tactic continues to be "divide and conquer." His willingness to preach class warfare whereby dividing the American People among themselves and pitting the Wealthy vs. The Middle Class, will not work! Those who buy off on his divisive rhetoric are only fooling themselves unless they believe that they deserve continued handouts on the backs of others. Therein lies the true problem within America and for Obama. Simply put, it is NOT the Government's role to provide prosperity to it's people. Especially those unwilling to earn it for themselves. All Obama's efforts to vilify successful Americans and spurn the jealousy of others will never work in a free society among People that are UNITED in cherishing their freedom! Those on the Government dole will likely vote for Obama again however, those that believe in themselves and the American Dream see right through his flowery words, blaming others and the litany of false promises he promotes in return for votes and continued power.

That's like saying fire Him because of 9% unemployment. Listen folks, the ones that should never win the White House is the CLOWNS that promise "trickle down economics". We were losing 750,000 jobs and millions were losing their homes before President Obama even took office. GET REAL.
