Women for Cain' launched by campaign
(CNN) – While Herman Cain has yet to decide if he will continue his presidential campaign following an allegation he engaged in a 13-year extramarital affair, his campaign is pressing on with efforts to promote his candidacy.
Team Cain officially launched a "Women for Cain" website Friday billed as an "online national fellowship of women dedicated to helping elect Herman Cain as the next President of the United States."
The site says the former pizza executive is a strong advocate for women and is complete with testimonials from over 30 women. It also names Cain's wife of 43 years, Gloria, as the national chairperson.
Most of the comments encourage Cain to remain in the race, with some criticizing the women who have lobbed accusations at the former radio talk show host. Other messages ask him to ignore the media.
"I hope you pursue a slander, libel, defamation of character suit against this moneygrubbing, lying woman. Granted, she has no $, but it would send a strong message," a comment reads on the homepage.
One post calls the women "money hungry" that "make me sick to my stomach."
Another says "PLEASE DO NOT PULL OUT OF THE RACE," adding that she is "encouraging everyone to ignore the media, GOP establishment, (elitists, statists) and the Obama administration to do the right thing for our country … Remember Clarence Thomas and hang in there."
Dr. Alveda King, a Cain supporter and lead voice behind the drive, said the site is the culmination of months of work intended to connect "people of like hearts and minds that are praying for Mr. and Mrs. Cain."
"I would be very blessed if Mr. Cain decides to stay in the race," King, the niece of the late Martin Luther King, Jr. and daughter of the late civil rights activist Re. A.D. William King, Sr., told CNN.
Cain has spent recent weeks rebuffing accusations of sexual harassment and most recently claims of an affair from Ginger White, an Atlanta businesswoman.
He is currently "reassessing" his 2012 plans and in an email to supporters Friday asked them to show their support for his candidacy.
"As I assess the future of my campaign, I need to gauge the support of the people of this great nation," Cain wrote. "In today's political environment, the only way we can gauge true support is by the willingness of our supporters to invest in this effort."

Important to note that his campaign made this, not actual women who support Cain. Wow.
This is a low as you can go, and will backfire without a doubt. It is time for Cain to put on his big boy pants and admit his problems and seek the right help to face his problems head on. He simply is not Presidential as he has proven to lack good judgement skills and should do his family and America a favor and drop out now.

A Men with no principles and no moral like Cain should not be campaigning forthe President's office. He can not run his life with honor, how he will run our Country and be respected?
Women advocates do not harass women and let alone cheat on their spouses. Maybe this is acceptable in the Republican party and their corporate America masters. The rest of us frown on these things and will never a morally bankrupt politician wannabe. My political science teacher told me once that those who aspire to be politicians must always ensure that they are engaged in questionable behavior. Apparately Cain's arrogance made him think he could get away with it. He needs to go home and care for his wife and stop putting her through this embarassing revelations. I am sure this is not the end of it. More women will come out if he doesn't get out now.
