You can count on my husband, Ann Romney says

(CNN) - Mitt Romney's stable and honest and will be the next president of the United States, just ask his wife.

Ann Romney hit the campaign trail Tuesday to make a personal case for her husband to be the next GOP nominee in the race for the White House.

"That's how I see Mitt, as being the kind of guy you can always know you can count on, that will always be there in tough times, that will always do the right thing, that recognizes that integrity is everything and that is the kind of person that people should know Mitt Romney really is," she said at an event in Somersworth, New Hampshire.

Romney, who has appeared frequently with her husband during his second bid for the White House, said her "job now is to let people know that he is an unusual guy with usual talents."

Clearly trying to show the human side of the former Massachusetts governor, Romney spoke about his support during her ongoing battle with multiple sclerosis and how she "makes it work" on the campaign trail.

"I think some of you also know I have M.S. and there are a few things about M.S. that you need to keep your health in control," Romney said. "One is to eat well, have a normal schedule, get good rest, don't have stress so really a campaign is just ideal, just ideal for me so we make it work."

America, we need a moral man/woman at the helm. God can work miracles with a moral person. I suggest a national day of fasting and prayer the week of the election so we can treat this position with the respect it deserves. I am tired of the media making a reality show out the candidates. God bless America. Best wishes to Mitt and his family. The same goes to Perry and Bachmann. We need moral people in office.

Why does Ann Romney always look like she smelled something putrid? It's a good thing mittens won't get the rethug nod because I don't think I could stand to look at her pinched face and turned up nose for five minutes, much less four years.

I'm glad she supports him, and its nice to see a politician whose wife knows she can trust him.

But the mere fact that he hasnt indulged in some marital infidelity doesnt qualify him to be the President. How about a little fidelity to your ideals Mitt? How about you pick a platform and try (Just TRY) to stick to it for more than a few days? Can you respond to a question based on what you really think, not what the latest poll trends show will go over well with the audience?

Being true to your wife is great – Now start being true to yourself.

How does Ann Romney feel about Choice? We didn't find out until after their husbands left office that Nancy Reagan, Barbara ND Laura Bush were/are Pro Choice. Since Newt can't make up his mind, maybe we should ask Ann BEFORE the election.

Bringing his wife into the campaign stump speeches? This is either a gross miscalculation or a sign of desperation.

Have our standards fallen so low? That the fact that Mitt hasnt had a Cain-style marital-mushroom-cloud – means that he's OK? Quit asking him about such nonsense, and let's listen to what he has to say. He's an empty suit! There's nothing there.

He doesnt have a single principle that he stands by without putting his finger into the wind to be sure that its what people want to hear.

Well, I'm glad to see she has a sense of humor about her situation.
I gotta say, compared to Newt, Mittens has to be a choir boy.

I just can't count that high - how many million jobs did he create for China and India by dismantling businesses here? Remind me. Bain Capitol was how Newt got a lot of his money - I can't count that high either - but I know both answers are in the multi-millions

    No Thanks.

People has to stop talking about flip flopping. Its not flip flopping and it is stupid to think about one idea and live with it the rest of your life. I rather have someone with new ideas and that knows how to make choices ( the right ones ) and IF incorrect, change and adapt to the new idea so you can move on. Besides, he will NEVER change to an idea for political reasons and is true to his word and life all around. Everyone in the world changes on ideas as new information comes up and new ways to resolve an issue come about. It should not be different for the president.

Mitt Romney is uniquely qualified to bring the Federal Government back in control and serving the people of America rather than the politicians of the Democratic Party. He understand real economics, business and most importantly the role of government in America. And yes, it is a different role than the governments of France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. America is about the future, not the past. It is about opportunity, not class warfare. And the thing about Mitt Romney that scares the hell out of David Axelrod and his puppets in Washington is that Romney will carry the majority of Independents. The Democrats know Obama has lost the Independents with his poor performance.
    Romney 2012.

Yes we can. We can count on him to flip flop on every issue until he is elected President. Can we count on him to make an firm decision that he will attend Trump's debate or he will be for it then against?

"You can count on my husband ~ to agree with what ever you say at the time you say it". Yea, that's what we need a follower of what ever the most recent poll tells him.
Sadly, that would be worse than when we had Bush blindly following what ever his elitist entourage of war mongers and oil lobbyists told him.

Sure now that the GOP front runner is the true one and only "flip-flopper" it's a good thing – "he's thinking"?
Nobody believes the BS you spew, it wasn't that Romney was thinking – he was and is blatantly pandering – for the past 15-20 years. And when he gets anointed top lizard brain you'll see how "afraid" Axelrod and the rest of Obama's team is of him. They'll be so afraid they'll have two Mittens talking to each other in every ad saying the very opposite thing – on each and every issue.
Oh, yea we're so afraid of how easily 27% of the population is habitually manipulated by fox media – it's so scary we can't bear to watch the Comedy Channel any more. hahahahahahahah!!!!!!
