A government shutdown wouldn't be in the best interest of our country. I'm glad to see an agreement reached.
Big deal. The members of Congress, especially the Tea Party radicals, are miserable failures and need to be recalled. Term limits are a necessity to prevent these criminals from gaining too much power when selling their influence.
When will this administration stop giving in to Republican blackmail? Pipelines have nothing to do with Real jobs or the AJA. If it is environmentally OK fine but it needs to be proved due to the crucial water table it passes over that waters Americas bread basket farms. It can wait the AJA should not.
In the so called omnibus spending bill there were many addendums from republicans undermining health care and presidential foreign policy powers I am unsure just how the latter has any real relevance to a budget bill.
If they want to repeal the health care act come up with a ) bill to replace and on passage a bill to repeal Obama care. Stop using that type of action as a basis to sabotage or blackmail passage of other bills from the administration. It really is very childish.

Hodgson.
