Rick Santorum's plan to slash taxes
New York (CNNMoney) - You can add Rick Santorum to the list of Republican presidential candidates with plans to cut taxes for most Americans, while possibly adding billions to the federal deficit.
Assuming the Bush tax cuts are extended, 69% of Americans would get a tax cut that averages nearly $7,800 under the Santorum plan, according to a new analysis from the Tax Policy Center, a think tank that has been examining each candidate's plan.

"Trickle down". Same old Big Lie.
I think we should increase revenue, pay down our national debt, and then, and only then, think about reducing taxes.
So typical of the wealthy leaning Republican party, the vast majority of people get an extremely small part of the the tax breaks while the wealthy and very wealthy get the vast majority of the tax breaks. Sounds really fair to me. They have to protect those who own them.
The last time a Republican slashed taxes he almost destroyed our economy.

To slash taxes now would result in a very big financial mess for the government. These sweeping changes that everyone talks about are not accomplished very easily.
Slash taxes = reduce the size of government = balance budget, This will encourage investment, reduce entitlement programs, have a competative format for employees but don't

* Stop giving money to other countries
* Make the wealthy pay their fair share of taxes
