A night of money in the Big Apple

Those of you who support the most incompetent, inept, corrupt union toady president we have ever had, might look to his home state of Illinois, where the goverment controlled by the corrupt labor unions and the democrat liberal who do their bidding (much like out Kenyan village idiot president) cannot even pay their lottery ticket winners after the states few tax paying residents and corporations have had a 67% tax increase. That is our future under this incredibly gullible and clueless president.

It's good to hear he can sing. He can apply for the lounge singer position at a hotel in Chicago come January, 2013.

BTW, how many people at these events were 99%ers??? Was there an OWS section reserved for tents and such?

It is hilarious that the master of class warfare that likes to blame all of the ills of this country on the few that work and pay taxes, then go to them to fund his campaign. Fools, every one of them.

I really love the hate messages from the Pres. Obama haters. Seriously, I do. The more they talk speak and write about divisive issues, the more people will come to realize what the true source of the intense discord and racial divisiveness actually is. If the 2008 Republican and Democratic conventions were any predictor of what to expect in 2012, then we will see diversity, unity, compromise, or lack thereof, on full display in full color.

I could barely keep my dinner down, while watching the Doctor of Spin at his Apollo tribute to himself. What a self-serving, moronic piece of crap! Who are these people who still adore this buffoon? Are they the societal zombies we've been breeding? God help us all, is all I can say.

I tuned in to CNN last night. Got a glimpse of Gingrich blaming the media for bringing up his adulterous past, so I tuned back out. I had enough of Gingrich trying to make a career for himself out of Clinton's misdeeds back when Bill was President. Newt slobbered his way to every media outlet that would have him to discuss Clinton back then. I certainly don't care to listen to Newt try and sweep his own antics aside now that he wants to be President.

As for the rest of the debate, sounds as if I didn't miss anthing of import.

The second event of the night was hosted by the group "Lawyers for Obama" where tickets started at $15,000 each.
He told his supporters, who each paid $38,500 a ticket
Yes, a man of the 1%ers for sure!!!

The lawyers must be showing their appreciation for Obama not pursuing tort reform and medical malpractice lawsuits which drive up healthcare costs. Just like he doles out favoritism to th eunions, that then plow money back into his campaign by the hundreds of millions. Just like his big campaign fund raiser that made out BIG with that 535 million dollar loan guarantee to Solyndra.

The Chicago corruption machine is working full time these days to keep their bought and paid for man in the Whitehouse.

How can you not vote for this man who can hold a tune and isn't afraid to show it. He needs four more years to fix what the Republicans did the last eight years since he has been in there. The GOP standing in the way of progress will back fire because the four that are up there have no chance against this smart president that is half white don't forget that part.

Republicans were in charge of the White House and the Congress in the decade immediately preceding the The Great Recession that began in December 2007, and the ensuing Wall Street collapse the culminated in September 2008. The first three fiscal years of that period saw a balanced annual budget. Then Republicans took control of all branches in 2001.

We saw massive tax cuts for the "job creators". We say deregulation and repealss of the environmental the environmental and insdustrial safety legislation signed into a law by Democrat Bill Clinton during his final two years. We saw attempts to privatize Social Security, which the public outright rejected. We say attempts to dismantle Medicare, which again, the people outright rejected. We were encouraged to fight new preemptive wars overseas against our percieved enemies. By the end of that decade, we saw the near complete collapse and destruction of our economy.

Is there anything different in what Republicans proposed and enacted then compared to what they are proposing to enact to do now? Republicans preach about cutting the deficit by a trillion dollars or more over a decade. Mitt Romney's tax cuts would alone add a 5 trillion dollars of debt over that same decade. Nothing has changed, but the rest of us can.

@Truth – What about the fact that the most of the Republican candidates support the Ryan Plan? What about the fact that the Ryan Plan would save the Koch brothers $4 billion a year in annual taxes? That would make for a mother lode of cash to secretly and anonymously provide to conservative policians under Citizens United.

Rudy this is one of the main reason why I don't respond normally respond to the haters, all they are looking for is attention drawn to their blatant lies. I believe that in responding to them I'm giving them "free press". I am,however, grateful to folks like you ,Sniffit, Lynda, GI Joe, Woman in California, T'sah, Wire and others for taking them down, and exposing these purveyours of misinformation for what they are: haters, and Party loyalists even if it is against their own best interests to be so.

Let's not deny the existence of 1% Democrats, Independents, and yes, Republicans that are more than ready, able, and willing to support THIS President in his re-election efforts. And if that means ponying up $38.5k to attend a fund-raiser on his behalf don't begrudge them their ability to do so.
Go ahead Mr. President, you're President to ALL Americans, the 1%ers, OWS and everyone in between and either side of that equation.

He is not my president, he seeks to punish me for acting responsibly, working, paying taxes. He wants to take my savings so he can give them to the dope addicts and welfare frauds that support him. He is the president of the irresponsible, uneducated scum of this country and the corrupt union bosses.

I pick and choose. Llike I wrote above, I think the negative discourse they spread will find its' appeal to some, but will have a bigger impact with the negative image that it is casting over the entire Republican Party. The more that the biggest and loudest voices and faces in the Republican Party look and sound like bigots of the 50 years ago, the worst off the Republican Party will be. No one wants to return to the raical riots and class violence of the 1960s, except for Republicans. They are the only ones spreading and promoting that message. I believe cooler and rational minds will prevail.

Lyda what you got is a glimpse of the liberally biased media, paid for by corrupt union bosses trying to destroy anyone who disagrees with them. When has CNN ever had a fact squad checking what the most incompetent, inept, corrupt, union toady president we have ever had says?
