(CNN) - On the eve of Super Tuesday, Rick Santorum took one final swipe at chief rival Mitt Romney during a campaign stop Monday in the battleground state of Ohio.
"He would be the weakest candidate we could possibly put forward on the most important issue of today," Santorum said, referring to health care.

Anchorage, Alaska (CNN) – For Anchorage residents, the battle with record-breaking snowfall has spilled into the political arena with damage to a key Super Tuesday Republican caucus site.
The roof collapsed Friday under the weight of heavy snow at Abbott Loop Community Church, where five districts and an estimated 2,500 voters were expected to caucus.

Washington (CNN) - Tom Kean and Lee Hamilton, who co-chaired the 9/11 Commission, weighed in Monday on a simmering disagreement in the Senate over the best way to address the nation's vulnerability to cyberattacks.
The two men, who now run the Bipartisan Policy Center's Homeland Security project, are calling on senators to take more urgent action on the issue of cybersecurity. They cite recent public statements by Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and FBI Director Robert Mueller warning that the cyber threat is expected to overshadow other terrorist threats facing the United States in the not-too-distant future.

Washington (CNN) - So far, turnout in the Republican primaries and caucuses has been down in a number of states from 2008.
Overall, so far, turnout is down by 9% compared with four years ago.

(CNN) – Former GOP presidential candidate Michele Bachmann on Monday pointed to partisanship in the uproar over Rush Limbaugh's comments about a female law student, saying top conservative women face similar "vitriol" but receive far less attention.
"I have gone through myself, and experienced, more things said about me and I have never seen this level of outrage on the left about what left-leaning commentators said about me," Bachmann said in an interview set to air Monday on CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight."
